Great place hosted by Sufyan The entrance to the building can be a little off putting as construction is happening, but the apt itself is very modern, comfortable, and clean as shown in the pictures. There is an enclosed balcony area. The place is secure, as there is always someone in the lobby area. There is parking available in the basement. Unfortunately, no gas was available but this is a citywide problem. The area is great, close to many amenities and restaurants, and easy access to Shahra-e-Faisal. The on-site manager, Zahid, was incredibly helpful and responsive to any and all requests. Of note, although there are ACs in each bedroom, the common area lacks one so this may be a problem in the hotter months. Otherwise a good place to stay when in Karachi

If I could give this place 6 stars, I would — and that's saying something because I usually only give 5 when there's free chocolate involved! The flat was so cozy it felt like being hugged by a really polite cloud. Everything was spotless, comfy, and exactly what you hope for when you roll up tired and wondering if you made a good choice. Spoiler: I definitely did. Bonus points for the vibes — I swear even my luggage felt relaxed here. Already planning my next "accidental" trip just so I can stay again!

We couldn't have asked for a better vacation rental experience. The house was impeccably clean and well-equipped with all the amenities needed. The host thought of everything – from extra towels to a fully stocked kitchen. The location was fantastic. We appreciated the host's hospitality and will definitely be returning in the future.

I've stayed at four different Airbnbs in Karachi, and this one was by far the best. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the couch in the main area was great for relaxing. I also appreciated the dining table which was perfect for enjoying meals. The bedroom stayed nice and dark with the lights off, which made it ideal for a good night's sleep. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

This is a great location. Many shopping centers and good restaurants are nearby. Very secured gated community. Very nice neighborhood. No power outage and water is available 24/7. Host Mr. Waqar is a super nice person. He was always available to help if needed. Here I have to mention the name of another person who was always there if you need any help. His name is Mr. Aamir. He is the manager for maintenance of this property. He was there within a minute if you needed any help. His tremendous help and assistance made our stay very comfortable. I will recommend to all who are planning to visit Karachi with Family to choose this property if you are planning to stay in comfort and convenience. This is a great location. Next time when I am visiting Karachi with my family, for sure this is the place I am staying. What a great location. Thank you Waqar Bhai for being such a great host.

We had an amazing 6 days here. There was a gun man guard and a care taker available 24/7 for whatever you need. The house was beautiful and samar was so co-operative with everything and we had an amazing time. The care taker was super helpful and was there to help us out at any hour of the day. One of best Karachi Airbnb experiences.

I booked this apartment for my brother's family, who are visiting from the UK. They were pretty happy. It has a separate lift entrance, is very private and clean with AC in every room, and is close to shops and restaurants. Host Khurram and his team were very responsive and managed this property professionally. Definitely staying here again.
