La Réserve du Pêcheur

The Réserve du Pêcheur is a peaceful haven located on the edge of majestic Lake Témiscouata, an ideal place to recharge your batteries with family or friends. Several water or outdoor activities are available nearby. The national park is close by and fishing on the lake is a must. The cottage has all the necessary features for your comfort for a memorable stay. Included: Pedal boat + 2 Kayaks For cycling enthusiasts, the beautiful Petit Témis trail is nearby.

The Château de la Plage

The chalet is opposite the municipal beach of Dégelis, where there is the Pub de la Madawaska, a boat ride and a volleyball court. You will be charmed by its wonderful sunsets. Next to it is the municipal campsite, where it is possible to enjoy several facilities (swimming pool, paddling pool, games module, petanque court, access to cross-country skiing trails, snowshoes, fatbikes (under certain conditions and/or fees) and the bike path (Petit Témis).

Relaxation at the Red Cottage

Peaceful location on the shores of small Lake Squatec, this cottage will allow you to enjoy your vacation in a relaxing place. With two bedrooms and a bathroom, this cottage is fully equipped and linens are provided. A dock and a relaxation area (with hammock) by the lake will allow you to relax and have fun. Pedal boat, kayak and paddle board are also available. An outdoor shelter is also available to enjoy the outdoors to the fullest.

Chalet 2- Chalet Panoramic Cabin

Complete cabins located 8 minutes from services, stores, restaurants and outdoor activities and Highway 2. Also close to the bike path as well as the federated mountain bike trail. For outdoor enthusiasts, the “Le Prospecteur” walking trail is a must, without forgetting the Mont Farlagne ski center which is only 5 minutes away. Free WIFI. The civic address is now 121 1re Ave, St Jacques NB E7B 2C6. We are right next to Camping Panoramic.

Maison du Lac

Relax with the whole family at this chalet-style house. It is on the shore of Lake Témiscouata, with a small private beach with no neighbors on either side. We have a dock for swimming only. For relaxing, we have a small wood-burning fireplace 🪵 as well as everything you need in the house. Bike path and snowmobiling trail 10 minutes away. You can also go cross-country skiing or hiking near the chalet (trails maintained by another owner).

Villa Pura Vida will offer you the opportunity to enjoy all the advantages of the Témiscouata region. The beautiful Le Petit Témis bike path passes just behind the house, The Clair Soleil Park and the majestic Lake Témiscouata are nearby and access to the Témiscouata National Park is very easy. We are close to all the services and shops of the Cabano district and we are central, no matter what activities you want to practice in the area.

Studio 4 Alliance

Located in the Place Alliance building, newly renovated, this studio offers a comfortable space close to several amenities, including Hôpital régional d’Edmundston, Casino Grey Rock, Centre Jean-Daigle, Université de Moncton, campus d’Edmundston, as well as several restaurants. For your comfort, you will find a queen-size bed, a heat pump, and a bathroom featuring a large, safe walk-in shower — all set in a fresh, modern décor.

Forest Healing Cabin

Super small round wooden hut in the middle of the forest, located in the middle of a family maple grove, promotes relaxation and contact with nature because you have the choice of having solar electricity or a generator, you can also experience the oil lamp. Perfect for moments of tranquility. Entire accommodation for 4 people (additional fee for more people). Located 1 km on a dirt road that is a little bumpy but very passable.
