It was a great stay at Ananya's place. I just feel like I am at home. Everything was so perfect neat and clean. I would like to suggest anyone who reading this review go ahead to book this place if you want to stay in Pune peacefully and feel like ur second home.

The location was perfect and check-in was smooth and easy. Mr. Pandurang was responsive, friendly, and made sure we felt at home. We will highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Overall, this place is well-maintained, with a good location, ample parking, and robust security. Food delivery services like Swiggy and Zomato are also efficient. The only minor issue is the ongoing construction of one tower, which slightly impacts the entrance area's appearance.

The property was well maintained and easy to access. it was neat and clean and everything was functioning inside. Beds/Linens were clean and so as the furniture/kitchen. I stayed with my family for 4 days and it was a very good experience. Car park was on the road outside the property. Price was higher compared to similar properties. Host is a good person and friendly. He was very responsive and ensured everything was fine during the stay. I had a pleasant experience staying here.

We felt right at home and safe. While we had booked the place only for a day, we extended our stay by 2 days considering the environment and calm around the location. All basic amenities were also in place. Satish sir helped us beyond what we requested and he sure is a great host.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful and aesthetic villa. The scenic, photogenic views made it a perfect spot for a small gathering or get-together. The peaceful surroundings and charming atmosphere were especially enjoyable during the monsoon season. The caretaker and host were very helpful and accommodating—we even enjoyed chai and pakode prepared by the caretaker, which added a lovely personal touch. There were no issues with playing music, which made our time even more enjoyable. While the location is a bit challenging to reach and slightly pricey for a one-bedroom setup, the overall experience was truly worthwhile.

Host was proactive and very prompt at responding to any query or request. The apartment is very cozy and comfortable, the decor is very cute. Everything was clean and lot of utensils in kitchen so while leaving we washed whatever we used and left everything clean :D Situated nearby is a big mall too Nexus Westend Mall in less than 10 mins walking distance. The surroundings are calm and the whole vibe is calm & homely. Loved it would definitely recommend. great cozy place to live with friends.

I had a lovely time. The host was super helpful and so was the caretaker/manager, Mr Mahesh. The rooms were clean and breakfast was tasty. This is one of the best Airbnbs in and around the Kharadi region. I highly recommend it.

It is the second time we stayed here this year [2025]. Perfect apartment, nice area. The apartment has everything we need and is close to shops and restaurants. If you gonna stay in Pune, stay here. I had an amazing stay at this place. The location is perfect with plenty of good food options nearby, and ordering from Zomato or Instamart was super easy and quick. The highlight of the property is definitely the open terrace which has such a great vibe, perfect for relaxing or spending quiet time. ❤️ The host, Parajsi, was absolutely wonderful. Very polite, thoughtful, and always quick to respond to any queries, which made the stay smooth and worry free. 🙌🏻 The place itself was clean, well maintained, and had everything I needed. I stayed at Aanjali’s place in Amanora Gold towers during my work trip for 1.5 months. Stay was very pleasant and for the most part there weren’t any issues, but Aanjali was very responsive to make my stay easier and more comfortable. Comunity around this place is amazing and you will always find someone to talk to or play some sport game for countleas sport activities available 😁 All in all, it was an amazing experience and I will surely remember it in a positive light with a long list of great memories ☺️
