Tiny Home (1 of 2 guest houses) on a private 13 acres in a small equestrian town. Away from the main house, so it is private, but not isolated. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple younger kids. (Some have mentioned it is not so comfy for grown-ups.) Not suitable for 4-legged travelers. (If dates you want are unavailable, search for Mira Bella South) I've included MANY photos so you can see exactly what the space is like :)

The Monarch House, in the heart of downtown Deland

Welcome! This house was built in 1920 and has been beautifully restored. It's three blocks from the center of downtown Deland! Walk or take a quick bike ride to restaurants and shops. It is a large two story house (2,400sq. ft)! Ping pong, air hockey, foosball, checkers/chess table, cornhole, 4 bikes included, huge front porch for people watching, large natural gas fire pit, grill, basketball hoop, and so much more! The bunk room upstairs has its own separate livingroom too! Nothing compares!!

Clara House is a 1920s home that has been beautifully restored. Located 3 blocks from Stetson Campus and downtown Deland. This home offers ample space to spread out and relax, with a fully equipped kitchen, pet friendly fenced in back yard. Clara house is 30 minutes from Daytona speedway and New Symrna beaches. Blue Springs state park is 6 miles away and 45 minutes to Orlando. 5 miles to Bridal Oakes, and directly across the street from north west square. This is a non smoking house!

The Hillside Haven Oasis

Enjoy a warm and inviting stay in our beautiful Sanctuary in your own private guest quarters, sweetly dubbed, "The Hillside Haven Oasis" This is an extension of our home, similar to a Mother In Law Suite. Small cement patio in back of the house, accessible through sliding glass door. Small kitchen with new appliances, kitchen table with 5 chairs. Leather couch with reclining seats, two leather reclining chairs. House has well water, which has been tested, and safe to drink
