Great location to beach, shopping and restaurants. Was perfect for a long weekend for my mom and me. Genevieve was very responsive and helpful. Would stay again!

Comfy cottage nicely decorated. Comfortable bed and furniture. Close to everything and the host was great.

Pam’s cozy cottage was the perfect birthday getaway from DC. Door to door was 45 minutes. The view of the Rhode River was so serene and relaxing. I loved watching the chickens, and they were quiet as a church mouse. I was expecting daily morning wake-up calls, but not a peep. The porch was my morning and evening go-to spot for coffee and wine. There are several great restaurants nearby, which I frequented. I asked for a recommendation for a spa and Pam came through. It was the perfect ending to my weekend. I look forward to returning soon. I do a lot of Airbnb’s, and this one goes down as one of the beat. Relaxed and easy, great bathroom and bedroom. Perfectly comfortable! Stairs to enter are the only hard part. A wonderful experience….

We had a tremendous stay at Angie’s property. It was clean, quiet, parking spot of our own. The place was very well stocked with towels, toiletries, kitchen utensils, cooking supplies, plates, silverware, coffee maker……the bed was so comfortable & warm…..especially having been there during rain & chilly nights. Look g forward to staying at Angie’s in the near future. I’d rate her place A+A+A+and an excellent host

The house was in a nice location not far from local attractions, restaurants, and wineries. It was clean, and in a safe feeling and quiet neighborhood. The host was very responsive and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our time at Kayla's place. Home was private, quiet and really clean. Very close to restaurants and shopping but still very quiet and private. Enjoyed the mornings sitting on the porch looking at the farm across the street. Home had everything you could need. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Perfect spot for visiting family in the area. Immaculately clean, cozy, all the amenities we could need, and super comfortable beds. Katelyn was such a warm and gracious host - we appreciated the special local touches (delicious cider donuts) and her incredibly kind hospitality. The pool was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We truly couldn't have hoped for a more wonderful stay and hope to return again! Our many thanks for an ideal stay!

This is my second time staying with Ann and it was amazing. The creek this is situated on provides the most soothing sound and the surroundings are woodsy and relaxing. It’s 8 minutes from downtown Phoenixville and has easy access to the highway to get to other places. I really enjoy staying here. It’s my go to spot when I’m visiting family in the area!

I traveled with my mother for the weekend and had a pleasant stay. It's super quiet with beautiful greenery everywhere! I loved the big, beautiful painting on the wall. We had everything we needed. There are many places to shop, just a short drive up the road. Stacey was there when we arrived. I recommend booking your stay.

Megan's Sunny Guesthouse has become our home away from home when we go to Baltimore to visit our grand kids. It is a spacious room over a garage that was once an office. Has a small kitchenette, small desk, sofa, TV and table for eating and a nice shower. In addition, Megan is a very responsive host. Great find.

Mark was amazing. he gave us several recommendations of things to do based on our interests. We rented the Spa as well and he kept the hot tub pristine and provided clean towels daily. did not get to use bike or grill due to weather but that was t his fault. we enjoyed chatting with him when he came over to check the hot tub but was not intrusive Wei itiated the conversation. aweso.e very friendly guy!

The Bank House is a great, unique stay that is perfectly situated, only about 30 minutes from all that the area has to offer, yet it is also the perfect quiet getaway in a small PA town. We could be on-the-go when we wanted to, or simply veg in the quiet when we needed to. Highly recommended this place.

We had a fantastic stay at Linda & Jerry’s guesthouse! Answered all our questions, it’s located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood but still very close to downtown—super convenient. The space was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a two night stay with our small dog. Paget has wonderful amenities for both humans and dogs. It was nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit which is rare to see. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space in the bathroom, kitchen, and sitting areas, both inside and out. We would definitely stay again.

This is one of the best Airbnb’s I have ever stayed in. This was our second year. Will continue to go back. Wonderful location that is surrounded by picturesque beauty. The apartment is very clean and stocked exceptionally well with everything you need but perishable items. Lena and David are wonderful hosts, so kind and very helpful with giving recommendations for local shops and restaurants.

Cheryl’s place was great! Very cozy and comfortable. I traveled with my husband, two young kids, and our dog, and although the actual guesthouse was a little small for the four of us, having access to the yard and the deck made it feel a lot bigger. I booked the place with the hopes of the kids using the pool, but the unseasonably cold and rainy June weather made it difficult…. Although my kids still took a “cold plunge” the day we got there and had fun!! We enjoyed the outdoor porch … loved the porch swing and sitting listening to the birds. Cheryl told us about a walking trail right on their property, which we walked, and had fun exploring. The guesthouse is nestled in the woods, which was beautiful and quiet! Cheryl and her husband Jamie were personable and very responsive! If we come back to this area, we would definitely stay in Cheryl’s place again!

This Airbnb is homey and spacious. Has all the necessities and more! I also loved that they had extra toiletry necessities and laundry. I felt very comfortable and it was quaint and quiet.
