I cannot recommend Angel’s place highly enough!! It is situated right on the river with views of the river on one side and the city on the other. Within walking distance of Old City and City Center, although we easily walked all the way to the other river near the train station. Angel is a kind and gracious host, as thoughtful and sweet as they come! She has truly earned her superhost status, thinking of everything from Andes mints to a towel warmer. She even messaged when a storm was coming and then an hour later when there was a beautiful rainbow outside. Lovely person. We felt very comfortable staying here and would stay again. Parking was easy and safe, about a block from the condo building. The bed was comfortable, and you have your own thermostat in the room. Wish I had made time to go to the high quality gym - next time! Again, cannot recommend enough.

Such a beautiful and peaceful place to stay in. Bed is super comfortable and the bathroom is veryyyy clean. May be one of the cleanest bathrooms in an Airbnb I’ve ever seen. Also- Couldn’t thank James enough for his kindness. Made my stay in Philly very enjoyable!

Stellar host and fantastic experience! I love this place so much I booked it again very quickly as I had to work in Philly. This place is 30 minutes away from Center City. I have extremely sensitive ears and can hear the slightest noise and I couldn’t hear traffic, as the place is well insulated. Kale is very quiet like me. I heard the door open once and it’s the only indication that he is there. If I’m working in Philly, I’ll be back here as much as possible. Highly, highly recommend and it’s one my favorite places to stay!!

Rui was a great host, very proactive and responsive to questions. Don't be fooled by Google Street View photos, the building has been complete updated and is very modern and clean. In fact, much of the area has been updated. Free parking nearby was greatly appreciated. This apartment was perfect for two couples. Separate Bed & Bath at opposite ends, with a nice living, dining, and kitchen space in between. Despite not being the most attractive street (it's kind of a side street with some old buildings undergoing renovation) it was quiet and we were able to relax. We would definitely come back.

Kathy’s place was truly a gem. The room was quiet, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches like luxury linens, a smart TV, and chocolates on the bed. Everything exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Philly, walkable to UPenn, historic sites, and tons of shops and cafes, yet peaceful at night for a good rest. Kathy is a wonderful host—warm, responsive, and clearly cares about making guests feel at home. She’s created a cozy, welcoming environment that balances comfort and privacy perfectly. And of course, Darth Mikey the cat! He’s curious, social, and a total sweetheart. He’d occasionally stop by for a quick hello and brought a real sense of life to the space. Whether you're visiting for work, family, or fun, this is the kind of stay that reminds you why Airbnb can be so special. Would absolutely stay here again—and recommend it without hesitation!

This was a good stay to say the least. I felt somewhat at home. (Although the neighbors were talking very loud at some certain points so i did have to turn on the ac to drown it out a bit which was a bit bothersome, as well as a few ants on the floor but I’m sure it is because of the weather.) nonetheless, it was a lovely stay and I enjoyed my time. The place was spotless when I walked in, it was easy to find, the place was comfy. (Also: Not too far away from the convention center). Thank you for making my first time in Philly a good one, Andy & the rest of the hosts!

Best host I believe you will find within that area of Philly. Very friendly, and welcoming person. The place was incredibly clean, much so that you could have eaten off the floor. It puts some hotels I’ve stayed at, to shame. The room was quiet, cool, and the bed was very comfortable and big! Clean towels were left out, and there were no offensive smells to be found. The blackout shades were a BIG time plus! Highly recommend staying here. You will NOT regret it. 10/10!

Great place, very clean & modern. Decent neighborhood with lots to do within walking range. Parking was not bad at all, was able to park right in front of the unit. Neighbors are very friendly. Host was very helpful! Definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

May's place was perfect for our visit, although I knew the location very well, having lived in the same complex 49 years ago. It was clean, uncluttered, and nicely decorated. Great location for getting to Philadelphia and you're surrounded by good restauraunts within just a couple of miles. And also, there's a beautiful park right across the street. We would definitely stay again when coming to the area.

Great spot, comfortable, easy to walk everywhere in City Center, clean and comfortable bed and bath. Would def stay again.

Thank you Ania for a pleasant 5 day stay at your place. It is a charming apartment, very clean, and had all the amenities as described. The only issues we had were finding the apartment due to heavy rain when we arrived, and parking close to the entrance was not always available. These were minor concerns that did not detract from our stay.

This was my second stay at Hala's in as many weeks. Just as wonderful as the first time! See my review from last week, nothing has changed, still excellent!

Jason's place was the perfect spot for our recent visit to Philly. He had very clear instructions for entering the apartment (possibly some of the clearest I've ever encountered). The apartment was very comfortable and well stocked. We ended up accidentally snapping the key off in the gate one night when we were returning to the apartment and he was able to get a replacement to us ASAP. I would absolutely stay here again!

For being my first Airbnb stay I was very satisfied with this place! Looks just like the photos and much beautiful feel in person. It felt like I was coming and going as if I was at my own apartment building that’s how great the host instructions was very simple self explanatory. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

So the townhome was AWESOME! looks just like its described. We only had an issue with the door because being from the south we’re not used to keypads like that. So you’ll put the code in and then the knob lol! Glad the neighbor helped us out. Andrea was very helpful and fast with responses.

Great service overall, Quick responses, Helpful, understanding, a Clean space and felt right at home. Will definitely be booking again ‼️

Great Stay in Philly! Natasha’s condo was a wonderful place to stay during our trip to Philadelphia! The space was very clean, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. We did run into a small issue with the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms, and Natasha actually messaged me asking when she could come by to fix it — I didn’t see the message until the day before we left, so that was completely on me. I really appreciated how proactive she was about it. We also had an issue with the door lock, but Natasha came out right away to replace the battery. She was very responsive and made sure we were taken care of. Overall, a great experience and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Philly!

Excellent location. Really convenient with super strong WiFi. Such a cool neighborhood and for that reason parking can be a little tough at night. Just plan for that.

Stayed at Jonathan’s for my birthday weekend and I didn’t even want to leave. The space was EXACTLY as I saw in the pictures. It was clean, tidy, and very efficient. Jonathan responded to any and all my questions even before I arrived and checked in frequently to ensure I was comfortable and enjoying my stay. I’ve never had a stay that was this good. I’ll definitely be booking again and again.

My stay at Gladys’ place was awesome. She’s a great host that gives very detailed instructions. The beds were very comfortable, the location is convenient, and the place has a peaceful energy.

Very clean apartment with plenty of space. Kitchen, living room, beds and bath are all really nice. Our host Bin is friendly and responsive. Groceries store and coffee shops are <5 minute walk. A very short commute to city center by buses/subway with lots of things to do. We really enjoyed our stay here.
