House holiday rentals in Delaware Township

We had an amazing stay! Beautiful neighborhood with easy walks to the lake and pool, but also plenty to do at the house for kids and adults! The host has prepared for guests so well, making everything accessible and easy to find (with lots of fun treats and surprises!) Great home to stay in for a relaxing getaway - but also a short drive to downtown Jim Thorpe if you want to get out of the neighborhood. We would absolutely come back!

This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! The home was absolutely beautiful and super relaxing. It was in every way it was described and did not disappoint. The community was beautiful and makes you feel safe. My sister and I had an amazing time. We had so many plans to do outdoor activities and it rained all weekend but this house was perfect for a much needed staying in weekend. Perfect home and perfect weekend!

We were very satisfied with our stay. Nick replied promptly to all of my text messages and was very helpful. He usually has firewood split and stacked, but there was no more split firewood. I texted him to ask where I could go get firewood or if he had the tools so I could split it manually, but he said that we are on vacation and should relax. Within about an hour, split firewood was delivered and placed in the storage area for us! It rained every single day, but we were very thankful for the indoor activities the finished basement. There was a poker table with chips and cards, karaoke machine, basketball, table tennis, pac-man, fussball , a fitness area with a bike, yoga mat and weights. The only two things I did not like, were out of Nick's control. One was that the lake was very mucky and when I fell in 3 times, I came up smelling like manure. You can kayak on it, but I would advise not falling in. The other issue was the long line at the gate to enter the community.

Place was absolutely beautiful! Plenty of room and Plenty of space for us to relax. Edwin was very responsive which made our trip go by so smoothly!

We had a wonderful time in the Poconos! The cabin was clean, and the hosts were very welcoming and helpful with any questions we had. Our kids loved the polycade, and we saw deer in the yard multiple times a day. It was a very nice stay, and we highly recommend it!

Patricia and Georgia were excellent hosts, who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and fun. It’s a short drive into Philly and we also found tons of shops and restaurants within 3 miles. The private pool was delightful and the highlight of our stay. The houses are close to each other, but the backyard still felt super private. If we are in the area again we would definitely stay here again.

Incredible weekend stay at Jessica’s home! My family and I traveled (back) to Stockton for a high school reunion and chose this home for its picturesque rooms and yard, walkability to Stockton, and close proximity to New Hope. Jessica went above and beyond to ensure her home is perfect for guests, from welcome snacks (my kids so appreciated) to easy and flexible check in to clear instructions and house, WiFi, etc codes. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely perfect weekend trip. I can not say enough about how smooth and exceptional every aspect was. Jason was not only extremely personable and responsive from the day I booked the reservation, to the day I checked out, but the personal touches he put into the stay made this trip worthy of more than 5 stars. Fresh flowers, thick fluffy towels, amenities in every bathroom, and the BEST mattress I have ever slept on in any hotel/rental, I have no critiques. Jason greeted us upon arrival and gave a full tour of the home as well as suggestions for things to do in the area and made us feel welcome and comfortable. As my friends and I left we were already looking at our calendars for when we could visit again. We will be back!

Cozy, comfortable, warm, convenient, and homey! Melissa's place was perfect for a longer stay and equipped with kitchen essentials and laundry. The Zen Den was a wonderful space for exercise, and the second bedroom doubled as an office space for remote work. Lovely!

We had a lovely stay in Stockton over Memorial Day weekend. Jessica’s home was lovely and the location was perfect - next to the Stockton Inn and just across the street from the gems of Stockton and beautiful walking and biking trails along the Delaware River. We’d highly recommend Jessica’s home and look forward to renting it again for future holiday weekend getaways!

Highly recommend this property! It is quiet and tucked away, the perfect retreat for a quiet getaway. My friend and I stayed for another friend’s engagement party nearby, and Kelly’s property was the perfect location. It is exactly as described, and an exceptionally clean place. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone.

The Speakeasy was perfect for our group size! We were able to enjoy time together with dinner and games in the common areas, but also spread out when we wanted to due to the location of bedrooms and amount of bathrooms, etc. The weather held out for some time outdoors. Alison & Chuck were very responsive hosts. We had all that we needed for a great weekend 😊

We loved our stay! The place was immaculate! My son is only 14 months so he is alllll over the floors. I felt so at ease knowing he was on a clean floor! Everything was beautifully kept and there were plenty of towels and bedding! The pool was perfect but just a little too cold for my son! We did stay in June so the weather wasn’t very hot yet. The yard was big and very private and my son enjoyed his time outside! I need to be in the area around the same time next year and we are hoping this will be available! Everything was perfect and pristine!

We are repeat visitors as we have family nearby. Having stayed here for several years, we would never choose to stay anywhere else. Feels like staying with family.

excellent stay with unexpected and beautiful gardens. we used Nate’s house for our niece’s graduation party which was just a 10 min drive away. it was very easy and comfortable. we would def stay again

Loved our stay at Zachary’s! Fabulous location, right on the water, with a gorgeous view and outdoor deck. Walkable to all the action in Lambertville with an easy walk across the bridge to New Hope. Peaceful, cute, and felt right at home. Flexible checkin and always responsive- a great experience!

Everything was organized, well-stocked, and felt truly cared for. What stood out most was how peaceful it was. The surroundings were serene and quiet, making it the perfect place to unwind and disconnect. The Cottage is in a nice, quiet location yet close to shopping and restaurants. We mostly visited family, so we can't comment on attractions. It pretty much had everything we needed for the week. Kara is excellent on communication and quickly responded to our questions or issues. We very much enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Easy to navigate and located in a cute enclave just off the tow path, the property was perfect. It’s .5 miles from downtown Lambertville’s Main Street so very walkable and charming to walk on the tow path. Home was spotless, good linens, nice kitchen. Everyone from our 14 year old to 82 year old parents/grandparents enjoyed the space. Perfect multigenerational gathering spot.

This was a good location close to the places we needed to go to. In warmer temperatures we would have enjoyed walking to the downtown area. Lovely back yard!

If I had to describe Amy‘s place in one word, it would be perfect. The cottage is quaint and very private. We enjoyed waking up and drinking coffee on the deck while watching the geese, chickens, and sheep. We even saw some baby sheep. Absolutely magical! We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the bed was comfy. If we come back to the area, we will definitely stay there again.

A huge storm rolled into the area the day I was scheduled to check in at Ram's. Big enough that many of the trees and electric lines in the area were taken down. Ram was not in the area but as soon as I told him what was happening, he was in constant contact with me showing much concern about my situation. He made sure that I found a place to stay and that I wasn't to inconvenienced. I will be booking with him in the future without hesitation. He really proved to be a conscientious host.
