I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The property is exactly like the photos—beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained. Manish is a fantastic host—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Out of the 4 rooms, 2 are particularly spacious and can easily accommodate 5 to 6 people each, making it perfect for a group getaway. We especially loved the ambient lighting and the pool table—it added such a fun vibe to our evenings. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

We stayedi Noida for 7 days in this lovely home, and the experience was very good. The house was clean, well-maintained, and had all the basic amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was peaceful, and we felt safe and relaxed throughout. The hosts were helpful and responsive, which made everything smooth and easy. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a homely and pleasant stay in Noida.

Maidini was a very responsive host was just a phone call away. The house was cozy and comfortable and very well located near the market place.

This place is great for a family weekend outing. The pool is excellent. The cook and Prakash the caretaker are exceptional.

Roy as a host was fantastic. We had a great time. Felt just like we had come to a relatives place. Lovely rooms, clean and well maintained. Excellent service, they really made it easy for us and not once said no to any of our requests. The food prepared by Roy’s staff was excellent and every one of my guests loved the way it was cooked and presented. Having Roy there made the whole stay extremely pleasant. Would love to book again and stay and would highly recommend this place for family gatherings and events.

The place is nice and justifies the name "The Art Kothi" Helpers appointed also helps you whenever needed. My team and I enjoyed our time spent there and would recommend the place.

The stay was amazing. There wasn’t much restrictions. Rooms were clean. Pool and garden area was well maintained. The care taker wasn’t fussy about anything. Overall worth the price

Enjoyed all the games and activities at the Villa. Played a lot of pickleball. I’m a fan of IKEA and everything there was IKEA

The Villa was exactly as described online and it was picture perfect. It had a specious living room for our family get together and a huge lawn where one could enjoy various sports. Both the caretakers Nikhil and Ankit were extremely kind and helpful, they were on top of the things all the time and took care of everyone’s request.

The host was very good at communicating and was very understanding if I needed something. The place was also awesome, it was super clean and exactly like the pictures. Would stay here again

Property was huge and matched our requirement of big gathering. Care taker along with the staff were warm and welcoming. We were c.20 people and had a common feedback that stay was comfortable and met the expectation. Food quality was great. Property was big enough to cater the big gathering. It is maintained well and kept clean. Would recommend this property for further stay in future as well

Excellent place and plenty of room for everyone. It was winter when we came, so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool and the house was quite cold (no heat) but that was to be expected. The only piece of advice would be to ensure you have enough time to enjoy this magnificent house and its amenities! Gorgeous and very convenient to the airport.

Just have two words for this property, ‘LOVE IT!’ Been here with my family and we had an amazing time. The food, the hospitality, hygiene everything was on point. Would definitely recommend this villa. 11/10.

9 of us stayed at this villa for my sister’s bachelorette. The most gorgeous house - with clear instructions and 24/7 help from the host. There is a gorgeous pool where we all also relaxed. This bachelorette was memorable largely also because we got such a beautiful space to celebrate it at! Would recommend this gorgeous villa to everyone!

We had an amazing time. Everything was great! The pool was the most eye catching part during our stay there. Friendly Host and the care taker Sonu was very helpful and took care of all our needs! I will definitely plan to visit again!

The place is amazing , it’s a very good escape from the busy hustle bustle of the city , the host , caretaker everyone was on point ( be it Mr Ahuja , Rohan or the caretaker Mr Deepak ) they were very warm and inviting. Peaceful, romantic and the most memorable day of my life. Our stay at B 28 The Godfather was absolutely BEYOND IMAGINATION! From the moment we stepped in, we knew this was going to be a next-level experience. This 2 BHK flat with a private swimming pool on the second floorwas the perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle. We booked this place for a blasting romantic party night, and it delivered beyond expectations! The music, open sky, stars, vibes, and private pool made it an *epic* celebration spot. The lighting with music was electric, and the setup was perfect for both of us. Our caretaker even went a step further and decorated a beautiful heart with rose flowers and filled the roses in pool water. 😱 💕 😘 Thanks a ton to him too. If you are looking for a romantic getaway, this is the place. A special shoutout to the host, Mr. Kumar-one of the most wonderful and down to earth people we’ve ever met.
