Condo holiday rentals in Delray Beach

This place exceeded all expectations, it was even better than the photos. The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and located in a peaceful, private spot just a quick walk to a stunning beach. We were surrounded by fantastic restaurants, making it easy to enjoy great food without going far. The attention to detail, comfort, and cleanliness made it feel like a true getaway. Highly recommend and already planning our next stay here. The host were also amazing! They truly provided an effortless experience from check in to check out. This was a couple blocks to the beach and about a half mile from restaurants and shops. Great for our group of four. Two adults and two kids. Tom was responsive and helpful before and during our stay. There were some items missing from the condo, and he got them delivered to the condo. The beach chairs, towels, toys, umbrella and cooler were super helpful during our stay. Lots of dishes and utensils. The water pressure isn’t great and only one person can shower/bathe at a time. Pillows are all down feather. Tom did what he could to earn a 5-star review.

We had a beautiful stay. Great communication and very clear instructions for check-in/out. A fantastic host who has thought of everything you could want or need. We loved having a beach cart, chairs and umbrella available for the short walk to the beach! Our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We would definitely recommend a stay at kandazen

Excellent location. Immaculate. We came out n very late after long flights and the check in was so simple it was a relief. The apt is spacious and the has all conveniences. We were very happy.

The Airbnb is organized, clean, and spacious. Everything we needed and more was provided. The beach is a super close walk, and the private access was very nice. I highly recommend staying at Kyle’s place!

My daughter and I stayed at Whitney’s Delray Beachside Retreat and it was perfect for us! The proximity to the beach was ideal—just a short walk away—and we also loved how close we were to the main road with all the shops and restaurants. The space itself was clean, well-organized, and super comfortable. Whitney was friendly, easy to communicate with, and very responsive throughout our stay. One of our favorite parts was relaxing on the outdoor patio under the stars at night—it really added to the experience. Highly recommend!

The initial meeting was very friendly and welcoming ! Once you enter the clean and luxurious Airbnb, you automatically feel refreshed and will put a smile on your face. The host will check on you to make sure that you are good. The hotel valet experience and customer service by staff members is phenomenal ! I highly recommend to anyone ! I will definitely return !

Being a host ourself we can see both standpoints. Chad, is top 3, the best host and home we have stayed in. I spend my birthday here, rented it hours prior to arriving. We had a major switch of plans last minute and Chad was extremely accommodating. Not only did he respond 30 seconds after we messaged, his home was beautiful. When I first got to the place I didn’t think it was going to turn out to be as beautiful as his home was. It is a block away from the beach, he had two beach chairs, beach towels, washcloths, extra blankets, sheets, etc. We didn’t need it but had a vacuum and washer dryer. The views were incredible, relaxing. The parking situation was great, right in front of the home. I went with my one year old son and it was perfect for him. He had anything you could possibly have thought of, he was responsive, communicated how we were doing. I will most definitely be back, wish we could have stayed much longer. Great location and clean! The building is older and the hallways have an older smell, but the cute decor gives it a lot of charm. The space is on the smaller side, but it’s cozy and shouldn’t hold you back from enjoying your stay. The staff was wonderful, and the free valet parking is a rare luxury that made everything even more convenient. The pool was awesome and we walked to the beach no problem! Would definitely recommend!

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

I was so pleased with everything at this place. We arrived in Fort Lauderdale and were unsure if we could get in early. We messaged the host and he responded almost immediately and said our place was ready! It was a very clean and welcoming place. We will definitely look to book this place for future visits! I rate this place 10/10.

The place was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Everything and more was there for us. We literally didn’t have to think about a thing. They even had a full fridge of refreshments and snacks set out for us. They responded to my messages in seconds and were beyond accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a great stay on Singer Island. The unit is walking distance to a plaza which has several restaurants. There are also a couple of great restaurants a short walk to the south. I was also able to walk over to Phil Foster Park for some swimming / snorkeling. No problems in the unit - it was fully stocked with everything you would need for a short vacation stay. Would definitely stay there again if I return to Singer Island.

I’ve been to many Airbnb‘s in Florida, and this one definitely stood out. The host was super nice and very proactive making sure our vacation was its best. We really enjoyed. Thank you very much.

There's soo much that could be said about how great this place was. But honestly words don't do it proper justice. Stay here and youll completely understand! Absolutely astounding views and a beautiful place all around. No complaints at all. Live the good life, and stay here!!

This stunning oceanfront apartment absolutely deserves a five-star review. From the elegant interior and breathtaking ocean views to the exceptional building services — every detail exceeded our expectations. Just 20–25 minutes from downtown, it offered the perfect blend of convenience and escape. Although we live in Miami, staying here felt like a luxurious getaway to an entirely different destination. We’ll most certainly be returning.

We had a lovely time staying at Island Nest. When we arrived it was clean, with great amenities and the A/C was on. It was a great location close to the beach, restaurants and every you'll need for your vacation. I highly recommend and would stay again.

Perfect spot! Close to everything you need for a little beach vacation.

The apartment is nice and clean. The grounds are beautiful with heated pool and lounge chairs overlooking the canal. The beach is 5-10 minutes walk. The host went above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. Perfect place to relax and unwind.

Loved my stay! Me & My Fiancé will forever book this unit! So peaceful so convenient! So close to everything! Valet services was everything! I’m obsessed!
