Located in SW Colorado, Ridgway is the "Gateway to the San Juans".We sit at an elevation of 6985... Near Ouray (20 min), Telluride (45 min), Silverton (1 hr) and Durango (2 hr).We have a studio apartment above the garage.This is separate from the house. Main living space with full kitchen (cooking utensils, spices, oil, coffee, tea, sugar,cream), dining table, sitting area, queen bed, twin bed (+twin air mattress). Near Ridgway Reservoir State Park; bike trails/hiking trails. TV with Netflix!

Two nice queen beds sleeping 4, couch w/recliners, futon, large electric reclining chair, twin & full inflatable mattresses, two sleep pads, full kitchen, 3/4 bath w/hot shower, nice towels, ample parking. Great home away from home! Great downtown 3 bedroom home, 1 full bath home with an enclosed front porch and covered back patio! Large kitchen and laundry. Large living space with tv and wi-fi. A stone's throw to downtown ~ Walk to the largest street outdoor art exhibit on Main St., farmer's market in summer, festivals, Avalon theater, Restaurants, Bars and downtown shopping! Mountain biking & Monument close! Very clean and comfortable! Great reviews for a reason!

Great 3 bedroom in River Park!

Updated and cozy in town 3 bedroom home. Spectacular views all around. Short walk to Uncompaghre river trail, restaurants and shopping. Two large porches and great upper deck with awesome views of the Sneffels range. Fenced in backyard. The back porch has a charcoal BBQ for you to use. There is internet TV, but no cable. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, etc. The pantry has some canned goods, spices that you are free to use as needed.

With high speed fiber internet, a large fenced in back yard, its proximity to world class mountain biking trails and downtown attractions, this urban haven is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts and traveling professionals. This is my home where I live, I travel often, renting out my home while I am away. Please note this home is kept comfortably cool with evaporative cooling, not AC.

Restorative Cabin Retreat

This solar-powered, luxurious, custome-built cabin retreat sits on 40 acres of private land and has beautiful views of the San Juan mountains including the 1400 foot peak, "Mt. Sneffles." It is close to Rigdway, Montorse, and Telluride. Well trained dogs are welcome but require an additional $25 cleaning fee payable in cash or check upon arrival.
