House holiday rentals in Delta

The Prickly Pear was a great location as a home base for our daughter’s wedding. We were able to have other family member in two other units in the same development which worked so well as we prepared for the event. Great place and just the right size for the four of us.

This was one of our favorite Airbnbs we’ve stayed at! The view was amazing!! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and we liked playing basketball too! We didn’t want to leave!

Everything about our stay was amazing. The coziness of the interior, the privacy the location, the serenity of the backyard. The bed was extremely comfortable providing us with a few nights of awesome sleep.

Excellent location and amenities! Perfect starting off point for adventures or winery/orchard tours.

This was my second stay at Palisade Legends with Braycations, and I had a great experience once again. The Honey Bee is a clean, comfortable and modern unit stocked with everything I needed for my three night stay. Check in and checkout were a breeze. Thanks, Amy, for being a communicative and welcoming host. I enjoyed my stay!

Great little spot, tucked away on the outskirts of town, very cute little apartment with delightful patio.

SO MANY AMENITIES! This place was stocked full of thoughtful little extras, and good quality at that, and we were so impressed with how well taken care of everything was. Things like laundry detergent, extra toothpaste, qtips, oil & seasonings… it was fully loaded for folks that might forget something- there was even a stash of toddler swim diapers! The beds were SO COMFORTABLE- memory foam and quality bedding, we slept so well. The layout of the place is so well done- it’s a small cozy space but so well placed that it doesn’t feel cramped at all (we have a toddler tornado and it still felt like he had room to play). The only downside was that the freezer wasn’t working so we lost some groceries, and the fridge was questionable (more cool than cold), but they were responsive and offered a small refund to compensate. I imagine that it’ll get fixed before another guest stays so I wouldn’t worry too much about it. This place was fantastic and we’d definitely stay again!

Norm was very welcoming and always available to meet any needs we had. He was very personable and has a lot of knowledge of the area. Super host! We loved our stay and would come again. The sunrises and sunsets were amazing There is a wonderful large yard with an outside grill and seating. I would highly recommend this home away from home !

Great house to relax at after we hiked the Black Canyon. It was a nice location off the main roads but still close to restaurants. Very clean and comfortable, and check-in and check-out was very easy.

We loved our stay, was our home base for exploring Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP. Luz’s place was immaculately clean and very comfortable. She was very responsive and gave us some great dinner recommendations.

Felt right at home. Had everything from the Mountain View’s, bright night sky, peace and quiet, what else could you ask for? I really needed this escape from the city and Texas in general. Rejuvenated my mental state for sure. Really want to move to Colorado and after this trip, I will consider more options to make it happen.

The view of the first sunset set the tone for a great weekend with my daughter and family. The home was clean and located perfectly for our outdoor adventures. Each day we enjoyed the sunrise from the other side of the house as we used the kitchen for most meals. Well appointed and large enough to meet our needs with a breakfast island that allowed conversation while preparing and eating our meals. It was a wonderful adventure we will do again.

Perfect location for multi family, multi location reunion as it was just down the street from two of our other homes. Sledding hill was a plus for the non-skiers @ the house. Host response tremendously timely & helpful. Accomodations very comfortable for everyone & appreciated the ample amount of amenities, especially the generous amount of Keurig cups. Overall made our family reunion stellar!

We enjoyed the house and great location! Perfect for a visit to Montrose at anytime of the year! Amy was very responsive and made our stay very enjoyable.

This was a beautiful stay. Definitely felt like home away from home. It was nice to get up and drink a cup of coffee and see the deer through the window. At night enjoy one can enjoy a nice evening outside and cuddled up with a blanket by the fire. My family and I came down for our neice College Graduation in Grand Junction which is only a 32 min drive. While the rest of the family stood in hotels we had the best experience staying at Thomas place. What I loved the most is that they had more that what traditional AirBnB offers. Thank you for being amazing host and quick with responses. We will definitely stay here again when we come back!

Great Airbnb right in the middle of downtown Grand Junction and Palisade! We enjoyed the shopping and restaurants in GJ and the fruit stands, wineries, and hiking in Palisade. The Airbnb had comfortable accommodations, wonderful sheets/towels, and tons of room for our girls trip. We would definitely come back here again!

Wow! If you are ever in Palisade this is an amazing place. We came for the Bluegrass Concert and wanted to stay forever. Krisit was such a great host. Highly recommended.

We had a great time staying here. It was a beautiful place that was peaceful with lots of deer around the area. Beautiful Mountain View’s from the decks.

Kelly’s home is in a very peaceful location. The mountain views are amazing. Well stocked kitchen. Comfy bed. Very clean. Lots of house plants and flowers. The sunroom has the mountain views and is a perfect spot for morning coffee or reading your favorite book. We enjoyed our stay very much. So much beautiful nature to explore. Recommend Kebler Pass, McClure Pass and Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. Driving to the top of the Grand Mesa is also a must! Absolutely beautiful! Take a picnic! Would definitely stay again if back in the area.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon here. It was absolutely beautiful and the highlight of our week long road trip. The bed was comfortable, all necessary amenities were available, and we cannot say enough about the views. This place was serene and beautiful. 10/10 would stay here again.
