Seafront, summer house with almost 360 degree amazing view. You can swim in the sea, which is about 30 meters away from the front porch. The summer house is located in the middle of a 4 decares land. The land has a small trailer, lots of colorful flowers and an organic vegetable garden. The closest house is 400 meters away. This place is perfect to enjoy the sea, your family or friends without any interruptions. The only thing you might be bothered by are the bright stars at night.

There is a big super market in front, a pharmacy on the ground floor of the building, as well as a police station office just behind. Spacious studio for three with all amanenies present. Located in the old part of town, 50m from the seashore and conviniently located at 300m from both beaches and 500m to the main piazza, while placed on closed street, away from street traffic and noisy crowd. Placed on the ground floor with its own small garden. Comfortable accommodation for all age groups.

There is a mini fridge and an electric stove, for which we haven't added images yet. There is a water heater in the bathroom. Heating is provided by a wood stove.
