This cozy family home is in an ideal location. Located in the center, within walking distance of the shopping streets. 5 minutes by bike from the dike (incl. Texel boat) and in less than 15 minutes by bike, you are on the beach! It is a very spacious house, cozily furnished and equipped with every comfort, although not everything is yet fully modern… but hey, that also adds to its charm. On cold days, light the cozy fireplace, and on warm days, enjoy the garden (or the beach, of course).

Lutjestrand

Op Lutje word je wakker met vrij uitzicht op het water. Start met een frisse duik om vervolgens te genieten van je koffie in de zon. Hopelijk waait het en kun je daarna vanaf het terras het water op. Kiten, suppen, foilen, windsurfen alles kan! Gooi een hengeltje uit, neem surf les, eet een ijsje bij de boer, wandel langs het wad of een maak een uitstapje naar Texel. Lekker eten op het terras aan het water en daarna spelen de kinderen verstoppertje en geniet je van de mooiste zonsondergang.

Vacation behind the dunes!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. All the way in the back of the Villaparc Duynopgangh in Julianadorp, you will find our vacation home. Overlooking the dunes and the bulb fields, where the swans swim along the ditch in summer. We have been happy to come here with our children for years and rent out our house from time to time. You will therefore find private items such as a cart, games, bicycles, body boards and many books. Feel free to enjoy our lovely vacation home.

On the former island of Huisduinen, within walking distance of the beach in the picturesque village, and close to the De Lange Jaap lighthouse, stands this detached holiday cottage full of character and stories. Once a furniture workshop of Opsetims, it is now a cozy retreat where attention to detail and a love for recycling create a warm, distinctive style. Detached villa by the beach

Zusje Aan Zee is a nice spacious and sunny vacation home, 500 meters from the sea in a small park, equipped with every luxury and comfort. In summer, you can enjoy the terraces and the large enclosed garden around the house. Here it is wonderful to sit after a day at the beach, a nice bike ride or a brisk walk! During the colder months, the central heating and wood-burning stove provide a comfortable and cozy home. Zusje Aan Zee is a perfect family home.

Detached holiday home Julianadorp aan Zee

Very charming vacation home Nord 312 located in Julianadorp aan Zee and 800 meters from the sea. The detached house has been completely renovated (2021) and is located on a quiet holiday park and has a spacious garden around it. Nord 312 has two bedrooms, one bedroom has a box spring bed 180x200 cm, desk and open closet and the other room has two beds of 80x200 cm (possibly one of these beds can be made into a double bed) and open closet.

In this centrally but quietly located cozy home, everything is within reach for a wonderful stay. The train station, city center and a large supermarket are 500 meters away. The beach is 2.5 kilometers away and is easy to reach by both bicycle and car. The house is in a child-friendly neighborhood with a playground around the corner. At the house, you can park for free and have a folding bike and women's bike at your disposal.

Cozy Dutch house for up to 5 people – close to the beach & pet-friendly! Our lovingly furnished vacation home is just a 10-minute walk from the beach and can accommodate 5 people. It has 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 single bed), a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area and a large garden with terrace. Pets are welcome! Enjoy fun on the beach with the family or take a trip to Texel – the perfect destination for any vacation!

Bed linen & towels can be booked as an option. Up to two dogs are welcome for a fee.

Sea and Lake

Relax in our spacious guest house and discover the wide range of recreational opportunities in the Kop van Noord-Holland with its wide sandy beaches and the vast bulb fields. Also near the Wadden Island of Texel and the former island of Wieringen. The Amstel Lake is 5 km away from us with various water sports opportunities. Pets are not allowed.

Get some fresh air on the North Sea coast in this unique, soothing bungalow. This house is located at the foot of the dunes within walking distance of the beach and is quietly located with a spacious garden around with terrace and private parking. The bungalow is located in a very well maintained park with a large playground.
