Cast a fishing rod, take surf lessons, eat an ice cream at the farmer's, walk along the mudflats, or take a trip to Texel. Enjoy a meal on the terrace by the water, and then the children play hide and seek, and you enjoy the most beautiful sunset.

This cozy family home is in an ideal location. Located in the center, within walking distance of the shopping streets. 5 minutes by bike from the dike (incl. Texel boat) and in less than 15 minutes by bike, you are on the beach! It is a very spacious house, cozily furnished and equipped with every comfort, although not everything is yet fully modern… but hey, that also adds to its charm. On cold days, light the cozy fireplace, and on warm days, enjoy the garden (or the beach, of course).

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. All the way in the back of the Villaparc Duynopgangh in Julianadorp, you will find our vacation home. Overlooking the dunes and the bulb fields, where the swans swim along the ditch in summer. We have been happy to come here with our children for years and rent out our house from time to time. You will therefore find private items such as a cart, games, bicycles, body boards and many books. Feel free to enjoy our lovely vacation home.

Zusje Aan Zee is a nice spacious and sunny vacation home, 500 meters from the sea in a small park, equipped with every luxury and comfort. In summer, you can enjoy the terraces and the large enclosed garden around the house. Here it is wonderful to sit after a day at the beach, a nice bike ride or a brisk walk! During the colder months, the central heating and wood-burning stove provide a comfortable and cozy home. Zusje Aan Zee is a perfect family home.

Detached holiday home Julianadorp aan Zee

Very charming vacation home Nord 312 located in Julianadorp aan Zee and 800 meters from the sea. The detached house has been completely renovated (2021) and is located on a quiet holiday park and has a spacious garden around it. Nord 312 has two bedrooms, one bedroom has a box spring bed 180x200 cm, desk and open closet and the other room has two beds of 80x200 cm (possibly one of these beds can be made into a double bed) and open closet.

Cozy Dutch house for up to 5 people – close to the beach & pet-friendly! Our lovingly furnished vacation home is just a 10-minute walk from the beach and can accommodate 5 people. It has 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 single bed), a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area and a large garden with terrace. Pets are welcome!
