We had a great stay! The apartment is located in a quiet and natural environment, is tastefully decorated and equipped with every comfort. Everything was sparkling clean and well cared for. The location is ideal: you can be in Harlingen and Franeker in no time. Ympkje is an incredibly friendly and attentive host, who is always ready. We felt immediately welcome. This is a fantastic airbnb in Amsterdam. The location is very convenient and everything is within easy walking distance. The apartment is extremely comfortable, very clean and tastefully decorated. It provided everything we needed without any unnecessary clutter . The beds are very comfortable. Agnes was very responsive to all the questions we had before arriving to Amsterdam. We were welcomed at the apartment by Sander. He was very friendly and warm while informative and clear explaining how things work in the apartment. We really enjoyed our five nights stay and will plan to stay here again at our next visit to Amsterdam. We highly recommend it. .

Roman's place is PERFECT for a stay in Amsterdam. The location is fantastic, with the centre of Amsterdam only a 10 minute walk away. There were great transport links too. Having a host of great cafes, restaurants and shops just round the corner was also super handy! As for the apartment itself, it was beautiful - well worth the money, and I highly recommend for anyone to choose this apartment for their stay!

The Airbnb was truly unique. We stayed at one of the beautiful, historic, dancing houses of Amsterdam. The place was clean and central to many places on our itinerary. Bathroom was quite spacious. Check-in was also a breeze. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful views of the canal facing the west, which made for some great sunsets!! We loved relaxing on the couch with the windows open enjoying the breeze after a long day walking around Amsterdam. Great location, very walkable and easily accessed by the tram from the central station. Veronika is a gracious host and communicated very promptly. The traditional Dutch stairs are steep and I was happy she had given a heads up as I packed in a backpack instead of my usual rolling bag.

There were six of us in the accommodation for a week and it was one of the best Airbnbs we've all ever been to. The accommodation is just as beautiful as in the pictures, everything is sparkling clean and the facilities are excellent. The location is of course also a dream - both the terrace in front of the entrance door and the one behind the house have a beautiful view and you can lie wonderfully by the water and relax. The trampoline with sea view is also a highlight :) The communication was great: super fast, very friendly and we got all the information in detail in advance. This accommodation really has everything in mind and we can definitely recommend it! Only if you are afraid of spiders, you should possibly think again, because in the evening there were really a lot of larger spiders on the house. But here, too, everything has been thought of, there are numerous fly screens and if you are careful when ventilating, you will still have a spider-free house :)

We loved our stay at Mabel’s cottage while we visited the Netherlands to celebrate my bachelorette! The house has a good mix of seclusion and convenience: there aren’t many neighbors nearby, which offers a good amount of privacy. It is also conveniently located right across the street from the train station - which is two stops (~15 minutes) to Amsterdam Central Station. If you wish to visit a different city other than Amsterdam on your stay, Haarlem was ~20 minutes and is another very cute and quaint city. The home was decorated beautifully and was maintained very well. Nonetheless, Mabel made us all feel right at home and was quick to respond whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend staying here - thank you again Mabel for hosting us!!

Very warm welcome from Ruud and Peter, immediate help with lifting. The house was completely as expected, and a little better. A comfortable bed, wonderfully fresh-smelling bedding and towels. The dream of a vacation rental. Perfectly located on the dune reserve, this house impresses with aesthetic furnishings, generosity and optimal amenities. We just felt super comfortable. There was nothing missing. A large garden with grill, well equipped kitchen, nice living and sauna area made the stay perfect. Christiane is a warm host and extremely friendly. Communication with her was easy and fast. We especially liked the high quality bedding and the comfortable beds. I would book the house again and again when in the area. Great recommendation!

We had a great stay at Michelle’s. She is a very friendly host and answers questions quickly. The place is exactly as described and shown on the pictures. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful, and the commute to the city is easy.

Max is incredibly helpful. The apartment is modern, stylish and in a great location for visiting Amsterdam. The streetcar is just around the corner as is a market and numerous restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Yafit and Jerry’s apartment was everything we wanted and more! Such a beautiful spot and well equipped. Me and my friend stayed for 3 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed chilling on the outdoor seating area after a long day of sight seeing in Amsterdam. On our first day we explored Zaandam on foot and on the bikes provided at the apartment. We visited nearby Zaanse Schans which was great! The other two days we spent sightseeing in Amsterdam which was easy to reach on the train. We loved our trip and we would happily stay here again!

Quietly located, bright, very clean apartment with great views. The apartment is very spacious, which was ideal for the two of us with a small child. The check-in was very straightforward and the communication with Anja from beginning to end was very good. There is ample parking in a private parking lot behind the house. Many excursion destinations in the area can be reached quickly by car. On request, Anja provided us with a travel cot for a small surcharge. The only point that bothered us was that for an old, worn Ikea high chair (new price €15) a surcharge of €5 was also required.

My first visit with my daughter to Amsterdam. We had several activities planned and our location was perfect: Access to tram. Very walkable area. Restaurants, coffee shops, grocery markets. The suite was comfortable and large enough for two people. We enjoyed ourselves and no worries regarding the accommodations.

We stayed at the apartment for a week with our children. The apartment corresponds exactly to the photos and descriptions. Everything was clean and cleanly equipped. You can see and hear the sea from the balcony. The bedrooms could be darkened very well. Henk was always available and friendly. The apartment is located in a large residential building. Nevertheless, it was totally quiet and relaxing! The location is excellent. In a few minutes you can walk to the beach, to the city with a supermarket, no shops and restaurants. A bike rental is also in the immediate vicinity. We liked it without exception and can recommend the apartment without restriction.

The host filled the fridge with an unexpected treat of drinks and wine, which pleasantly surprised us. There was a lot of space in the apartment, it was generally nice. I was a little cold at night, but on hot days it will be great. You could hear the footsteps of the people living above us and how someone was using the water, because the house was built a long time ago. It's definitely a very nice garden. Very kind and helpful Host.

A pleasure to stay here. Much better than a hotel. Felt like home from home. As a result of a great stay, will come back again with my wife. So close to the centre but also perfectly set a little away. Great restaurants, bakery and bars nearby. A great place for taking a run each day and of course, pick up a bike and take a ride.

John has been a brilliant host throughout our stay. He provided very helpful and clear information on getting to and into the property and advice on local restaurants. The property is ideal for a stay in Amsterdam and just as described on Airbnb. The area is upmarket, residential but still buzzy. The views of the river are outstanding. I highly recommend it.
