Hello, It is a detached one storey house. Two rooms consists one lounge kitchen and bathroom. Thelounge-culinary is about 45 square meters quite spacious. One of the rooms has a double bed and the other has a single one single and one small double bed. The kitchen is built-in and has all the tools and equipment. Towels, bedsheets, and linens are provided by us. Air conditioning is available. The pool is shared between the two houses and their daily maintenance is carried out by us. It measures 10 meters. 5 meters.

We had a pleasant holiday in Villa Solmaz. The house was spacious, airy and really clean, which made us very comfortable. The garden was quite beautiful, but this situation causes you to encounter flies and bees from time to time. The location of the house is far from the sea, but if you have a car, it's no problem. Even if you don't have a car, Ms. Solmaz is very helpful in every matter. In addition, the opportunity to buy fresh vegetables from the greenhouses in the vicinity was a separate beauty. Strictly Goable. Everything was great. We stayed 5 adults and 5 children for 3 days. Our experience with the feature of the house; It was a Villa that met all our needs. The interior of the house was spotlessly clean, the items were new and very useful. There were also plenty of white goods to meet all your needs in the house (from the coffee maker to the iron). It has a very large garden which is continually cleaned and maintained every day, Also the pool and poolside were amazing. For us; It was also a very nice touch that the covered parking was allocated to guests. We never wanted to leave the house. Regarding the communication; When we messaged the site, we were happy that they responded quickly to us every time and informed us correctly. We would also like to thank Ms. Iraz for her attention, kindness and sincerity about the welcome and transportation while delivering the house.
