Waterfront holiday rentals in Denver

We loved Diane's place so much it was hard to leave! The rushing creek was beautiful and we could hear its peaceful sound going to sleep, waking up & all day. The private beach along the creek was a special place to sit and read, work or talk on the phone. The short dirt road was flat/smooth so getting in & out and parking were super easy. The paved path along the creek to Pear St. picked up right there and the ~20 minute walk to town along the creek was also easy and very pretty. You can walk or run straight from the place to quickly be on trails up to Mount Sanitas or Anemone Peak & Red rocks which I did on back-to-back days. The place was clean and had what we needed including a grill so we were able to cook dinner there one night. Diane was fast and helpful with communication. We will definitely stay there again!

We loved staying at Bronwyn's place. It was very clean, spacious, and she was so kind to let us check-in early. She communicated with us throughout our stay. I would recommend her Airbnb to everyone.

The value for us was in the location. Right next to the path along the creek in downtown. The unit itself was clean & met expectations. The owners even got us in early which was greatly appreciated. We love Golden & recommend this rental.

This stay was a relaxing and beautiful experience. It had gorgeous views, a friendly host (and many friendly, animal support hosts), and quick access to all of the amazing attractions around Boulder. A great local market (Niwot Market) for groceries and prepared food. The space was clean, spacious, and had great lighting with picturesque views from walls of windows. The architecture resembles the nearby mountain and the furnishings are high end- the sofa was a dream! We enjoyed Pearl Street Mall and Fritz Family Brewers too. Would love to stay again!

Location! Location! The apartment is in an ideal location to all the walkable shops downtown Golden. Plus it is comfortable, clean, cozy, and has a beautiful garden, private patio, and all the amenities you’d want away from home. I hope to stay here again.

This was our first time using an Airbnb and it was a great place to stay. There were four of us staying here. This was in the basement of a home, but it was very comfortable and felt private. The bed was comfy and there were many basic amenities which was very much appreciated. There were games for entertainment and a television with an over abundance of channels. The steps however were a little steep, which made it somewhat hard for my 80 yr old husband to use. Barbara has done a wonderful job in setting up this little apartment. Definitely worth the money for the stay. Thank you Barbara!

Our family of 9 loved the Golden Guest House in Golden, CO. It was golden! It truly lived up to its name. Wow! The place felt like home with a very nice large kitchen with all the utensils we needed because we love to cook. The home interior / design was fun and inviting! Very cool! Accommodations were off the chart. Had more than we needed! No complaints at all. And the outside garden area was naturally beautiful and so comfortable to sit and enjoy the mornings. A great way to start the day. And the outdoor furniture and table suited our large family perfectly to enjoy evening meals together. Laura, was such a gracious and welcoming host without even meeting her in person. We felt welcomed and encouraged to enjoy the Golden Guest House. I highly recommend! Should we ever make our way to the Golden area, we'll know where we can kick back and enjoy. I hope to come back.

Large awesome house with a lot of amenities surrounded by a rushing creek in a gorgeous mountain scenery. The hosts were very accommodating and always responded to questions promptly. The house was well stocked with supplies and appliances. Super large game room with lots of games and activities for kids.

The incredibly generous owners graciously allowed us to get married here, and it was an absolute dream come true. The home itself is stunning — beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Every room felt warm and welcoming, and the views from every window were like something out of a postcard. The owners went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. They were always quick to respond, incredibly kind, and made us feel truly cared for from beginning to end. The lake was pure magic — we experienced the best trout fishing of our lives from the beautiful canoe! We’ll never forget our time here. If you book this place, it’ll be the best stay of your life!

The Farm House was amazing!! Beautiful place - Exactly as pictured and described. Preston was a wonderful host and we were greeted with such a thoughtful welcome basket. The place was pristine and the surrounding mountains and the little mountain lake made for a peaceful and relaxing time. Preston has kayaks for the lake and a ton of local recommendations. He was very responsive to all of my questions. The house was amazingly furnished and decorated - All appliances are top of the line. Preston left nothing to chance and he also made certain we had plenty of coffee and teas with multiple ways to prepare them! If you are looking for serene atmosphere, a relaxing location and just outside Denver in the mountains - Then The Farm House should be your destination!! Thank you Preston for a wonderful stay!!

Great stay while passing thru the Denver area. Had everything we needed and met the listing description. The lake path and park were great

Beautiful house, very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the pool because of the privacy. Beds were nice and comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the lake and also was able to go walking around the lake. I would absolutely recommend this house to anybody and also if we ever returned to Denver, I would probably rent it again.

Ricardo was always quick to respond and handle any needs. Home was very clean and great view of the front range. Plenty of amenities near by and easy access. He made us feel at home.
