Guests get the 2nd floor with a private access. The space includes 2 bedrooms, a kitchen/lounge, 2 terraces & balconies. Included in your stay is a complimentary breakfast. Guests get to order vegetarian & non-vegetarian delicacies for lunch & dinner from the dehradun famous Awadhi cuisine menu designed by Chef Sameer & his mother Swapna.

The studio also has a TV and a refrigerator. The shower bath is well built and maintained, with all modern facilities.
