Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Recently renovated and furnished apartment, sleeps up to 6, located on the ground floor, located in Deruta (lower historic center), province of Perugia, Umbria. Deruta is located right in the center of Umbria, along the E45 highway, in an ideal position to quickly reach and visit all the places in the region. The house is equipped with internet, washing machine and dishwasher. Free parking is available within a few meters (private garage available for a fee).

Casetta del Mastro

Casetta del Mastro is located in the heart of the historical center of Assisi, a few steps away from the Cathedral of San Rufino and a few meters away from the Rocca Maggiore. Close to bars, restaurants, groceries and shops. Equipped with every comfort. It is easily reachable on foot from the Matteotti pay parking. Possibility of free parking at about 200 m. Also reachable by bus. Tourist tax is of € 2/3person per day to be paid upon arrival.
