Thank you for looking at Windy Pines Suite. This spacious one bedroom/one bathroom suite has a large kitchen/living room; and is perfect for travelers. It is clean, comfortable, & uncluttered, a home away from home! It is surrounded by beautiful pines, in a safe neighborhood with accessible parking. Close by is the interstate with access to Iowa State Fair Grounds, and downtown Des Moines. WP is attached to our home but it has its own separate outside entrance. Please send me any questions.

GREAT FOR ENTERTAINING - TONS OF ROOM! This is a garden view apartment with a private entrance, kitchen, dining, parking. Includes a 65" smart tv, DirecTv streaming service with HBO MAX & fiber optic 2GB WIFI. Iowa State Fairgrounds is a 1 min drive, 15 min walk. Drive: 5min to Pleasant Hill, 10min to downtown. If you like to save money, cook here & do some laundry. Lots of lighting, windows, fans & art. Hard-wired fire detectors & egress windows through-out.
