Olivier and Renaud were fantastic hosts! Always friendly, super helpful, and responsive. Pleasing and helping their guests is their number one priority and they deliver on it. Us and our 3 kids had amazing fun and enjoyed every moment we got to spend in their little paradise, whether it was chasing lizards, discovering the different plants and animals, or just lazying in the hot tub. Next time we go to Guadeloupe, we will stay there again for sure. Thank you for everything!!!

Impeccable stay. Nothing to say about hosting at the end of the stay. She was able to answer any questions we had without difficulty. If you had to do it again, would have been happy to do it again.

Clean place. Beautiful pool which is huge and clean. The accommodation is rather old but it is very clean. Good location. Need a car for the area. Romain is an excellent host. Good little restaurant Ti-Coco. Small private beachfront.

Veronique’s place feels like home! The flat has everything you need - and more - to spend a relaxing holiday from kitchen appliances to beach umbrella. The king size bed is very confortable. The shower is strong and the aircon works very well. Elodie, her concierge, is a gentle soul, always there when we needed, with her beautiful smile! Even if it is a complex full of things to do, like bars, restaurants and swimming pool, the flat stays in a very calm area. I highly recommend!!!!

Accommodation simply perfect for 2 people. Very clean and beautiful decor. I absolutely recommend this place for a relaxing holiday and well located to visit the island (with a car of course). Everything is very well organized for a hassle-free stay! We will undoubtedly return 🌴☀️

We were 3 adults and we had a really lovely stay. The villa was a good size for 3 and really comfortable and spotless. Karine and Philippe were very welcoming and helpful without being too intrusive and were always happy to give local recommendations The location was very peaceful and we even got a glimpse of the sea from the pool. What a wonderful place! When we arrived, we were greeted with a Planter (Local Drink) The apartment was perfect and comfortable. What about the view of the pool and the sea!!! It's perfect to rest. The place is very well soundproofed, you can't hear any noise at night. Plus, there's air conditioning in the bedrooms. We found it very convenient to have two full bathrooms when there are 4 of us. Safe place thanks to a gate with code to enter the parking lot. Within walking distance you have the grocery store, several pastries, pizza, local vendors, etc! Communication with Thierry was impeccable.

We were 8 people and all enjoyed the place . Our favorite was the beach and the view of the large terrace. Aude is very kind and responded quickly to our requests. I would recommend this villa.

Really nice accomodation in Saint Anne. It is more spacious than on the pictures and very well equipped. Sinta is a very nice host that gave us loads of tips for restaurants that we enjoyed.

Very nice apartment well located in Gosier. Communication with the housing managers was excellent, they are very attentive and very responsive to make the stay as good as possible. The apartment is very well equipped, clean, and convenient to use. I would recommend it in a second.

From our arrival we were captivated by the superb view, even better than in the photos. The apartment is well-equipped, close to a private beach with easy access and a nice restaurant. The location is ideal in a secure residence to visit Grand Terre and Pointe des Châteaux but less suitable for Basse Terre (logical according to what you prioritize) Unfortunately, we experienced several consecutive days of total water outages (a recurring issue in Saint Francis, especially during heavy rains). The accommodation had a non-potable water reserve in jerry cans for the toilets, so we had to supply ourselves with drinking water, but the owner was willing to take care of it. This situation tarnished the stay, but not because of the owner, of course, but because of the local water distribution management structure. Overall, a nice apartment with nice amenities and suitable for visiting Grande Terre.

The house is very nice, clean and matches the photos well. We enjoyed the A/C, mosquito nets, and outdoor kitchen where we had all our meals. In addition, Muriel and Audrey are charming hosts, available and have given us a warm welcome. Thanks to them. We recommend this property without any problem.
