Sound Experience

Cleaning fee included in the price, this three bedroom home is all yours located between Lund and Powell River. Enjoy the huge yard for your pup and kiddos with lots of open space inside as well. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. There is a large deck where you can sip your coffee watch the sunrise and the wildlife passing by the orchard. There is a wood stove that can be lit for additional heat in the winter. I have this going on arrival on colder days. Just add a log and enjoy a glass of wine

A stroll to Lund Harbour which is the gateway to world class boating, fishing and Marine Provincial Park including shops and restaurants. The home features luxury amenities such as a private hot tub, a large patio with a gas firepit, BBQ, and outdoor shower. The home offers a EV charger for those that need to charge up and be ready for next the day’s adventure. Your gateway to Desolation Sound.

Lund Harbour House - Private oceanfront getaway.

The Lund Harbour House is a spacious (815 sq. feet inside + 570 sq. feet of decks) custom, hand crafted suite situated on the waterfront in the Lund harbour. Private & peaceful, yet only meters to restaurants, shops, art galleries, and tour operators along a private boardwalk. It is suitable for up to 4 guests with a well stocked kitchen & fireplace. An adjacent beach area is perfect for kayak launching (yours or rent ours!) and those decks offer Lund's best place for viewing amazing sunsets.

Lakeview Casita

This snug, hand-built cottage features large windows and a deck looking toward Hague Lake and the rocky scapes of Turtle Island. It’s tucked away in a small grove of towering Cedar and Fir trees, but in the heart of uptown Mansons Landing with stores and a bakery cafe just steps away. It is ten min. walk to swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking at kid-friendly Sandy Beach, or a 15 min. walk down to an ocean beach and Mansons Lagoon. Friday Market and Cortes Museum are a short stroll away.
