TAKE IT EASY at this unique and tranquil getaway. It was formerly an art studio, located next to the 1939 main house, built by a dentist. His wife was the artist. Completely renovated in September 2023. Paris has a beautiful downtown square minutes away. There are fun activities all the time, quaint little antique shops, boutiques, places to eat and the square's trees are lit up all year. House has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with large kitchen/living area, Roku TV, and WiFi. Kitchen has full refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven and microwave for preparing meals when not taking advantage of our local Blossom restaurants or short drive to Paris, TX. There is plenty of room for parking large trucks with pond next to house.
