Lake house holiday rentals in Devils Lake

From the beautiful windows, instruments, homey feel to the open communication, cleanliness, AC, and abundance of activities and restaurants recommended, this was a very nice stay. We brought our 2 dogs and they both took to the place like it was their own. Super useful amenities such as the bikes and paddleboards! The personal dock was a peaceful little spot to sit and take in the elements. Learning something about your host while in their home for a few days was a very intimate and sweet touch 😊 Also, labels everywhere for almost everything, loved that! Thank you, Douglas 🤙🏼

Mary’s place was so nice. Right on the water & so relaxing and peaceful. It’s just a short drive to get to the downtown Dells & lots of things to do & see. Mary was quick to respond to any questions I had & was very friendly & helpful. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful lake, spacious but cozy home. Everyone could be doing their own thing, but you still felt close!

Great stay, apartment was very nice and clean, very spacious with downstairs game room and couches as well.

Jenni’s place was perfect! I am a housekeeper in a small rural hospital and this property was absolutely spotless upon arrival! (And I notice those things!) It was the perfect size for my family, and the fact that it was only minutes away from Wisconsin Dells made it that much more enjoyable. I think the best part of Jenni’s home was that there are options to do touristy things in town AND outdoorsy things at the property! Will be looking for her listing when we decide to return to this area!

This was an absolutely fantastic place to take four families on vacation! The house was huge and easily fit. Seven adults and 12 kids. The kids could not stay out of the lake with the trampoline and other flotation devices, and then running back up to jump in the hot tub! Both kitchens were fantastic as we made all of our meals at the house. There's also the opportunity to rent a boat on the lake and the kids loved tubing. We loved our stay and would rent this house again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful time.! We enjoyed the peacefulness and wildlife at Mike’s place. We took advantage of the nearby park for biking. We tried to fish off of the dock. We throughly enjoyed the hot tub on several occasions. It was wonderful having s’mores around the fire. We took advantage of local dining as well as driving 20 minutes to Madison. We loved the Brazilian Steakhouse! We also traveled 35 minutes to Fort Atkinson to enjoy our favorite dinner theater, the Fireside. There is a delicious local bakery that is inexpensive. Go in the morning because they sell out. My very favorite part was watching and listening to the birds. Mike has a bird feeder that attaches to the window in his sun room. We went to Walmart 10 minutes away and bought bird seed (on the last day I saw Mike has bird seed) and 2 cakes of suet. The suet was gone in 5 days! That’s how many birds we had. The home is clean and well appointed. They have MANY books sitting out.

This peaceful property right on the water was exactly what we were looking for! We spent the weekend kayaking, reading on the patio, and watching wildlife from the dock. The house was a very clean and comfortable place to sleep and relax during a rainstorm. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. Great coffee shop, brewery, and restaurants within 20 minute drive.

What an incredible place to rent. Quiet neighborhood, lots of amenities, and great lake views. We have stayed at other rentals in high traffic areas (Kissimmee FL or Gatlinburg TN) that were OK but seemed like rentals based on the quality of furnishings, and cleanliness. This rental was amazingly clean - really spotless in every regard. It also had quality dish soap, laundry soap/dryer sheets, fluffy towels, well equipped kitchen, and comfortable furniture - it really felt like home for our 11 day stay. Becca was very responsive on a few occasions we had questions. The lake was beautiful and fun especially with the provided fishing gear, kayaks, life vests, and dock. The fishing was great but even if you don't fish the views are so relaxing day or night. Neighbors were friendly as we got to know a few and they would always say hello to our dogs when we walked them and even called them by name. All in all a fantastic property that we hope to stay at again.

If you're looking for a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature, this cottage in Wild Rose is the ideal spot. We left feeling refreshed, reconnected, and already talking about when we can return. The cottage itself is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully decorated. The interior was cozy yet spacious, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The kitchen was well-stocked with anything needed to prepare foods, and included a wonderful gift basket to make us feel at home! The host responded to all questions, quickly and thoughtfully! Our favorite part? The lake with its sandy bottom. The water was great and there were plenty of water toys for the whole family! The dock provided easy access in and out of the lake…to swim, kayak, float, or use a paddle board! The multi-leveled deck was perfect for relaxing , drinking a morning coffee, or reading a book. If you're looking for a great place for a family vacation this lakeside cottage is a perfect choice!

We loved the view of Little Green Lake from the dining area, and from the living room, and from right by water's edge on the small deck. Just so peaceful and beautiful! Enjoyed a few sunsets as well. Kitchen was well equipped, had everything you might need. House was located on a quiet road, so we were able to take several walks. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

This place was great! I wish we had more time there. I would have spent any extra time I had sitting on the giant porch watching the bucolic scenery all around. it was just as described and very spacious. it had everything we would need to cook at home. Plenty of coffee pods always available

Wonderful home for a big family or group! Lots to do (if you’re not already busy!). The home has everything you need to rest, relax, and make killer meals. Madison is a quick 30 minute drive away as well. Highly recommend.

Charming and tidy lake home near Montello, a town with plenty to do! Neighbors were friendly! Beautiful sunsets over Buffalo Lake!

We had a great weekend stay at Becky’s. Two adults and three kids ages 6-13. We all had so much fun on the lake with the paddle boards, kayak, and lily pad. The water is so clean and clear! Kids caught fish off the dock. The house was spacious and the family room with huge TV was great space to play games and watch shows/sports after a day on the lake. Great space to eat meals outside and a fire pit to make s’mores for dessert. We wished we could have stayed longer!

This Airbnb is fantastic! Our family loves the arcade and the spacious atmosphere. The only downsides are that there aren’t enough towels for everyone, and the first-floor shower lacks pressure since most of the water still flows from the faucet when the lever is pulled. Other than that, everything is great!

Beautiful property with a lot of activities to keep the family busy. The sunsets over the lake were priceless. Doug purchased marshmallows roasters for us to use over the fire pit. Plenty of outdoor seating on the huge patio. The beds were amazing to sleep on. There was plenty of wild life to see and even had a groundhog that made appearances almost every day. Great place to relax and looking forward to staying there again.

We had a peaceful and quiet weekend at Tina’s lovely lake house, and exactly the kind of relaxing getaway we needed. The space was perfect for our group of four, with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy both indoor and outdoor time. The property is beautifully tucked away in nature, so do not forget your bug spray, the bugs were definitely out in full force, and pollen was everywhere during our stay. That said, the setting by the lake was serene and absolutely worth it. We especially enjoyed the kayaks, which were a pleasant surprise, and the bonfire nights under the stars were unforgettable. A couple of things to note: we didn’t realize how many stairs there would be, but it wasn’t a major issue. We had a bit of trouble figuring out the AC units and the Sonos speakers, but Tina was super attentive and quick to respond, which we appreciated. The shower heads could use an update, and the hot water didn’t last too long, but nothing that really detracted from our overall stay.

Perfect little place for the weekend. The cabin was comfortable, clean, and inviting. The host was very friendly and responsive.

Great place for families! We really enjoyed staying at Emily's place. It had plenty of space for everyone and lots of fun games and activities for us to do. The kids stayed busy without having to go anywhere so the parents could relax. The lake is beautiful and there is a swimming beach a short drive away. We'd stay here again!

We stayed here for a night after visiting Wisconsin Dells. Though it was a bit of a hike from there, it was totally worth it. The cabin is on the lake front and the view is fantastic. It is quiet and cozy. The campfire setup at the backyard was our highlight
