We had a wonderful stay at Arbie’s place! Arbie is such a warmhearted host. He thoughtfully guided us through the muddy roads after rain, ensuring we reached his home comfortably. One highlight was seeing his bison up close, a fantastic prelude to our Badlands adventure. Cooking while watching horses through the window was truly special. The place itself is quiet, peaceful, and pleasant. Highly recommended!

We found this place last year and loved it so much we booked it for this year’s trip! Great place to relax after being out turkey hunting. Very comfortable place and if we make the turkey hunting trip next year we will try to book this place again!

Nice, clean place free of clutter. Great kitchen, including all the dishes, utensils and pans I needed. Quiet and comfortable—including overstuffed leather recliner. Will stay here again.

House was awesome! Plenty big enough to accommodate 12 of us and still have some privacy. Beautifully furnished and equipped with all you would need. Large yard surrounded by nature. Deer, rabbits and quail right in the yard! Jessica was very accommodating and allowed us an early check in as well! Great stay and weekend!

Second time stay, very nice and clean rooms, comfy bed, quiet at night. Kitchen supplies met our needs well. Easy access and very clear instructions. The owner is very proactive in communication and very friendly. I had great experiences staying at this place. Will come back in the future.

Excellent from start to finish. We were taking a family trip to the Black Hills for a week and needed a place to stay for two nights on short notice. Super responsive, accommodating, and friendly. This property is so secluded and far away from civilization. Exactly what we wanted. The house was as described and accommodated the entire family with plenty of room. Beautiful property! Our two dogs loved the location while the entire family loved all the wildlife in the back yard. Having a private beach and fishing spot with a stunning sun set was a plus! Lori was amazing and super kind and helpful. Would highly recommend the property and experience. Great value and beautiful property.

the staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great time very helpful and our cabin was right next to the river
