Beautiful place and host the most beautiful creation and treatment for the housing. Some furniture needs to be renovated for the location of the residence is a distinctive location and the apartment is large Jeddah and has independent monsters with a private entrance

The place is worth every ﷼ in which the place is clean, the coordination and the treatment of the host was quick, the pictures are identical to the reality and the quiet of the place I recommend a visit and God wills to visit again

We had a wonderful stay at Mr. Mohammed and Ms. Noureen’s villa. The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. Every detail showed how much care she puts into hosting. I recently stayed at this beach house and had an absolutely amazing experience. The location was unbeatable—just steps away from beach. The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials (and more), there was plenty of space for everyone to relax. We especially loved the outdoor seating area and the BBQ grill—perfect for family dinners after a day at the beach. The pool was amazing. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. You can tell they take great pride in this property. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a fun family vacation spot, this beach house is ideal. We’re already planning our next visit!

I like the neighborhood is new and the place is clean and tidy. We arrived at night and Brother Mohammed allowed us to enter before the agreed time. I thank him for his speed of response and cooperation.

Bayan is a very responsive host, we had problems with the heater which she fixed right away. Her apartment was really clean and beautiful. I would definitely recommend her apartment for any future guests and we will be happy to stay here again. Thanks again Bayan 🥰❤️

I recently stayed at an apartment in Al Khobar, and overall, it was a comfortable and convenient experience. Located in the heart of Al Khobar, the apartment was close to popular spots like the Corniche, Al Rashid Mall, and various dining options, making it ideal for exploring the city. The proximity to major roads also made getting around easy, whether by car or ride-hailing services.

Pros: Very peaceful and private environment. Complete amenities. Fast internet. No problem with parking. Cons: Busted pin lights (already conveyed it to the host and he said they’ll fix it), smelled like cigarette in the corridor/outside the unit.
