Nice place for a family, each bedroom has a bathroom so no waiting time at all. Owner is very kind and was flexible with check in and checkout timings. Located in salalah city, so equal distance to east and west tourist spots.

I have no words to describe this vacation..it was freqm come true ..It was luxurious felt so safe ..I had a great time t was jus perfect..Mr. Saeed was so professional abd helpful througout my stay ...I hope i didnt bother him much..I will definitely stay again and next time i will bring my parents to enjoy this luxurious stay.

Our stay (2 adults, 4 kids including a 6-month old baby) was great. Everything was up to (or exceeded our expectations); the only point of slight disappointment was that we thought the house would be bigger based on the pictures provided. From the front side it looks like there are only 2 apartments, but in fact there are 4 in the same house (as 2 others can be accessed from the sides). The apartment has 2 floors with a kitchen, living room, and toilets + a nice backyard downstairs, and a bedroom with bathroom (toilets + shower) upstairs. The 3 older kids slept on the sofa (that can be made a bed) in the living room downstairs, and the adults + the baby slept in the double-bed in the room upstairs. The host also provides 2 extra foldable single beds and a crib, but we didn't use them. Overall, it was a bit smaller than we expected, but still large enough and we spent a great week. Everything was clean, the resort is nice, the beach is not far, the host was responsive and very helpful.

Great place to stay in Mirbat. Huge accommodation, lots of rooms, AC and fans everywhere, decent amount of equipment. Access is pretty difficult but the instructions provided by the host were helpful.

The room was exactly as shown in the pictures – easy to access, clean, and peaceful. It's just a 5-minute walk to Rotana and only 2 minutes to the play area and pool. Alexandra is a responsive host who made our stay comfortable. Highly recommended!

Loved the place we felt like home 😀 Great buffet restaurants at Fanar and Rotana hotels with discount too..so no need to cook.. used Sandyz beach most days... made nice smoothies for us..hope we return again.. loved Oman ❤️ thanks Abdulhafedh 😊

Dotata di tutto il necessario, un bellissimo giardino e la piscina a due passi dal divano, una meraviglia per noi e per i nostri due bambini! Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer gated area. Direkt am Kanal gelegen, zum Meer sind es ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, lediglich hat es etwas an Kochutensilien etc. gefehlt. Ansonsten alles bestens 👍🏼

The apartments is wonderful every thing is there in the apartment just only bring your clothes and the place is good and very very thing is bad in this apartment any one when we see the flat 5 tale it directly. Thank jiri

كل شي كان رائعا ونفس الوصف ماعدا الواي فاي حاولت ان اتواصل مع المضيف لكنه لم يجيب لانه من ضمن الوصف هناك واي فاي لكن بالحقيقه لا يوجد عدا ذلك كل شي كان جميلاً .

Sehr gute Lage, gute Straßenvernetzung. Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell beantwortet. Viele Lokale in der Nähe.

Best thing about this place was the location, there is a huge park out front and lots of people enjoying it. The host was really great at communication, we would rent again for sure

Great spacious space in Hawana Salalah, with a ground floor living room and the bedroom upstairs. Easy check-in with clear instructions, and the communication was smooth.

very nice, clean, and spacious appartment. fully stocked with everything you need. Very fast and reliable Wi-Fi Internet. Excellent central air conditioning for each room. Private covered car park with card access. Main door access to building by card. 5 start like hotel lifts (golden cladding) very shiny clean. Flat shares access door with the Millennium resort so you can use hotel restaurants, and tour operators. The host Mansoor made us feel at home. He checked on us regularly, and gave us advise on places to visit in Salalah. overall amazing experience and would come back again.
