The villa was very clean and well-maintained, with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The highlight was definitely the private swimming pool, which was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The host, Chinmay Siri, was incredibly helpful and always available to assist. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. If you want to be in the middle of nowhere — in a good way — this is the place. The house has a beautiful facade with exposed local stone and bricks. It is well lit and ventilated with a lot of glass — blurring the lines between the indoors and outdoors. In the morning when you wake up, you may have a WTF moment when you look at the view in front of you. We reached the place at night and yet it was relatively easy to find. Jio mobile service works fine. The house is equipped with all the basics, and the caretaker & the host Megha are proactive in ensuring you have everything you need before check-in. When we were there, it was pouring, and a stream nearby was flowing. At night, you will hear frogs singing their hearts out. It is a cosy place to spend the weekend away but not too far from the city. Be sure to take your books along, you'll find many corners to settle in. The place has been designed thoughtfully. Love how simple things come together to make it look pretty

Would definitely recommend this tiny house! Amazing location and great hosts! The instructions provided were spot on. The description of the place matched! There are lots of birds around the property. Truly perfect for forest bathing. What’s amazing is we saw a fireflies show in the evening, in the monsoon season. Will definitely be visiting again!

The home was stunningly attractive and visually appealing. Also, the property has a homey feel to it; it provides everything from kitchen and bathroom supplies, as well as cards and Monopoly for free time entertainment. They also graciously inquire if we have any needs and make the necessary arrangements, such as check-in and check-out timings. Also, the owner, Hem, is quite helpful, offering recommendations for places to visit, sharing his own experience, and following up with us to see what we needed after some time. Definitely going there again.

Thank you Alka and Prachi for making our stay at Avabodha in Panchgani truly a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and hospitality made us feel like we belonged. The house itself is beautifully maintained, with every detail thoughtfully arranged for comfort and relaxation. Waking up to the sound of whistling birds and fresh mountain air was a refreshing escape from city life. We also saw fireflies at night! Kalpana and Aruna Tai were courteous and attentive, adding a personal touch to our experience. It wasn’t just a getaway—it felt like staying at a loved one’s home. I’m already looking forward to coming back for another peaceful retreat. Thanks again 🙌👍

We had an incredibly comfortable and memorable stay organised by Mr.Ajit. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how exceptionally clean the entire place was. The bungalow offered truly stunning views that we enjoyed every day. Our host was a standout – always prompt with communication, very approachable, and genuinely helpful, which made a huge difference. The location is fantastic, combining scenic beauty with easy access to all the major attractions in Panchgani. All listed amenities were perfectly available and functional. We highly recommend this beautiful bungalow for anyone visiting the area!"
