The house is small and cozy. Everything in its proper place. The view of the living room and kitchen is beautiful, it's worth sitting and having a coffee looking at the scenery. The environment was clean and well-equipped if you want to use the kitchen. The region is very quiet and the house is close to downtown. Ladeira, lots of slope. Go aware of this. It is characteristic of the city. The only points of improvement are the internet and the entrance. The internet is very weak and unstable, it is not enough if you go to work from home office (digital nomads, look for another location). The entrance has a gap without protection from a considerable height, a danger to children or the elderly. In addition, I recommend if you intend to get to know the city by paying a fair price for a comfortable environment.

We really like the apartment, it's spacious, clean. Everything is new, including mattresses, bedding and towels. The host responded quickly, answering all our questions. I recommend this place!

The Alessandra apartment is spacious, clean and cozy. The bed is comfortable, and the linen and towels were quite smelling. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood, with bakery and convenience nearby. The internet worked well, I was able to work remotely without problems. It comfortably accommodates up to three people. The building is not very quiet, as there are children in the neighboring apartments, but nothing that gets in the way. The garage demands attention when maneuvering, but the street is quiet and safe, we leave the car on the street one night without problems. The hostess was very kind and attentive, gave very clear instructions. I recommend it!

We were delighted and extremely pleased with Larissa's apartment. Everything clean, organized. Clean linens. Larissa and her brother Matheus made our check in relaxed what was very important to us. Quiet neighborhood with gym and great bakery nearby. Apartment 10/10. We'd be back for sure!

Good afternoon!!! My name is Abílio and our stay at Lorraine's apartment was very good. We were in a group of 7 people and the apartment served us perfectly. We went to Diamantina to Vesperata, which is wonderful, we were able to go and go back on foot as it is close to the market and the Vesperata site. Lorena and her mother super soloists, offering tips for tours and bars and restaurants in the area. I recommend it.

Great accommodation. Rooms as well as photos. It's the second floor of a house, but we've had a lot of privacy and we don't need to go through other places to enter, as the entrance is independent. Clean house, very well equipped and very well located. Everything is close. Débora served us very well and practically immediately. Very pleasant huveiros, a very beautiful view in the background. Close to bakeries and pharmacies and supermarkets. Without much noise. At times, we heard noises from neighbors, but nothing very disproportionate. I highly recommend it!

Our stay was 3 nights including Christmas. Check-in was super smooth and flexible, without the need to meet the host. The house is easy to find and very well located near several tourist attractions in Diamantina, including the famous vesperata. The garage is wider than it appears, although quite steep. Our car is quite large and we found it easier to park in reverse. I felt safe walking our dog late at night in the neighborhood. Everything was organized and clean, good linens, towels and comfortable beds. A sofa and a TV downstairs would be an excellent upgrade to the house, as well as an extra awning on part of the porch for rainy days. Thank you Andreia, for the stay and attention, we will return more often whenever we are in Diamantina.

For those who want to feel at home, I recommend Adarlene's house. First, she is friendly, attentive and communicative. As for the huge house, my family loved it. The location is close to the historic center, you can walk, but we were kind of lazy and went by car. For those of you who are still in doubt, you can stay at Adarlene's house, you won't regret it. SUPER RECOMMENDED!!!
