Welcome to The Burrows, a 1860's stone cottage we have sensitively reimagined & restored, opening it up to take in the ever changing view over Freycinet peninsula. A large living space is the heart of the home with a wood fire at one end, feather sofa, armchairs and a custom made window seat overlooking Great Oyster Bay. Both bedrooms have amazing views over the water & our intimate bath house with clawfoot bath & french doors is the perfect place to watch the sunset reflected over the Hazards

Thoughtfully curated to make you feel at one with the surrounding landscape, our home has been designed to encourage relaxation, romance and exploration. We are a short 4 minute drive to town, 15 minutes to Douglas Apsley, 30 minutes to Freycinet & 25 minutes to the East Coast Wine Region.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Listen to the ocean and the birds and enjoy glimpses of the magnificent sunrise and sunset across the bay to Freycinet and Schouten Island. We live next door, but the Studio has been positioned to ensure your privacy. You have your own beachfront spot to relax on a deckchair. Dolphin Sands is a beautiful beach and offers endless walking and swimming opportunities. Swansea is a 30 minute walk by beach or 10 minutes by car.

The unit occupies half of the downstairs area of villa and accommodates 4 people with the queen bed in the living area and single beds in the bedroom.
