Tijdens je verblijf in ons huis vind je rust in alle drukte. De woning is ruim opgezet en heeft een grote tuin, waar je ook als het regent lekker kan zitten. Ons huis ligt op een steenworp afstand van het centrum van Amsterdam. Binnen een kwartier sta je op het Leidseplein en loop je over de grachten. terwijl het huis zich in een hele rustige en kindvriendelijke buurt bevindt. De woning is gedeeltelijk gerenoveerd. De begane grond en eerste verdieping zijn helemaal nieuw en klaar voor gebruik.

This beautiful studio with garden view in a family home is a peaceful place just 15 minutes away from the busy city center. The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

My friend and I were extremely fortunate to have our trip to Amsterdam include this Airbnb. Sven was always communicating in the friendliest & helpful manner, and gave the clearest instructions for checking in and checking out. The house is backed by a beautiful view, 5 minutes from the tram to get to Amsterdam’s centre within 30 minutes. The room is spacious, Wi-Fi is great, and the bathroom is unforgettable. It’s a peaceful, quiet base that feels right departing from for a new day and arriving after a full day of 37k steps. Thank you Sven!

Thank you for this stay, we liked this place a lot. This accommodation was very suitable, we were able to have a pleasant stay. The location was very convenient, very quiet, safe and peaceful. The tram line 10 minutes away allowed us to move around the city very easily. Great location. The owner of the accommodation is very kind, the first day she explained to us very well where the restaurants are located as well as the supermarket as well as the operation of the accommodation.
