Holiday houses in Dillon County

I can't even find words to describe the amount of thought put into this sweet little farm. From the moment we parked, we noticed how interactive it is for children. There was a very cute play area set up that was clean and encouraged exploration. The barn/living space was immaculate and comfortable. The best part, of course, is the animals. There is a treat jar so guests can interact with the horses and alpaca. The property was well-kept, so it's easy to move around and visit the goats, chickens, and cows. We were only able to stay one night, and I think that was the only downfall.

If you’re looking for a unique place to stay in Latta, this is the place. It has a wonderful layout with lots of wonderful antiques. It’s big enough for two couples to stay and have their own bedroom and bathroom. It’s easy to get to local wedding venues.

The house was lovely and exactly what our extended family was looking for, as we were there for a 3-day wedding being held at a facility 5 minutes away. The beds were the best mattresses we've ever had at a rental location, and the house felt roomy and comfortable. All of us enjoyed it, and would enthusiastically recommend it to others. Courtney was responsive and accommodating. Could not have been better!

We had a wonderful stay! The lodge was clean and had everything we needed. Our kids loved exploring the grounds. Hope to come back next time we come to Fairmont.

Angie was very responsive to our questions and was very easy to work with. The horses on the property were fun to watch. The place was very peaceful and we enjoyed our stay.

If you just need to pull off the interstate and need a quiet place, this is it. We had a wedding close by and just needed one night- was a great stopping point. Courtney will awesome to work with and the cottage was perfect for our needs.
