Grove Park is a leafy enclave tucked away in Toxteth, next to the Georgian Quarter. 5 minutes from town and the famous Sefton Park. On nearby Lark Lane there are a plethora of restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops to enjoy. The annexe has a bed that can be used as a super king or it unzips into two single beds. There is an ensuite shower room, a kitchenette and a private walled garden for eating/drinking. TV and wifi are provided. Off street parking and home cooked meals are available.

Turner Prize Winning House!!

My Turner Prize winning house (!) is a 25 minute walk from the city centre and right next to 2 parks. There are numerous buses running from the next street into town. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the friendly neighbourhood, the colourful street, the plants, the quiet and the cosiness. My place is good for couples, small groups of friends and families (with kids). EVERYONE is welcome as long as they are respectful guests!
