Holiday rentals with breakfast in Dingman Township

Rick is the most responsive and helpful host I have EVER encountered. He answered all of my questions, sent someone over at 10:30 at night to assist us with an issue (that was completely our fault) and gave us plenty of advice on local attractions. This is also the first place we have stayed where there was coffee provided, cereal, granola bars and fruit cups to get your day started. The place is beautiful and in such a peaceful place. If you have an opportunity to book this, don’t wait!

We were extremely pleased with Shinto and his house. The house and the surrounding area were more beautiful than the pictures could capture. Shinto was a very accommodating and I couldn’t ask for a better host. Will definitely be returning asap!

Words cannot describe how much of a blessing it was for us to have found Phil & Terri’s place. We needed a medium term stay in Hackettstown across the winter holidays from overseas and it’s slim pickings around the area. It’s definitely country region and one of a few different dwellings on a private farmstead. One above and attached, and two other small independent units. You are surrounded by beautiful farmland and the views are amazing. Kids loved playing around the little pond, used the stocked bonfire pit, explored the tractors, diggers, and wagons scattered around the acreage. The place was stocked with the living essentials, spare travel toiletries, plenty of coffee and fixings, spices for cooking, and a super modern appliances, washer and dryer. Comfy beds and baths. The high speed internet and Amazon Firestick TVs are super helpful. Not great phone signal but totally fine on WiFi calling or VoIP. They are super hosts. We will definitely be back. And it was just amazing!!!!

Lola's place was clean, quiet, comfy and well situated for our needs. The house is well equipped, including butter, milk and eggs in the refrigerator (nice touch). Lola is very responsive, answering any question we had in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We stayed here while visiting family during the HS graduation of my niece and nephew. For us the location was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was gorgeous, well stocked, and super inviting and functional. They are making some updates to the space but they went to great ends to make it presentable and everything was fully functional. Joshua was a great host. He was super easy to work with and communicative. We did not have any issues with our stay. Check in was a breeze. Check out even easier. I think that was my only question to confirm the check out process. He made it so easy, I felt like I had to confirm that nothing else was required. But, yes, it really was that easy. Would definitely stay again of the home is available.

KinderHawk Schoolhouse was absolutely perfect. My husband and I were looking for a peaceful place to unwind from our busy lives. This place delivered. The schoolhouse itself is quaint and charming. It has everything and more. The welcome basket was very appreciated. The surroundings are beautiful. We spent a lot of time on the patio watching the farm animals at the farm across the street and bird watching. We enjoyed the outside fire pit and also the indoor fireplace on the cool evenings. We hiked Hawk mountain which is 2 miles up the road. It has spectacular views. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. I wish we stayed longer. I can’t say enough good things about it.

Wonderful stay at this peaceful, beautiful lake house. The hosts were great in all communication and prep for our stay. Very accommodating and sincere. Response times were fast and thoughtful. Beautiful home and peaceful, clean lake. Well organized kitchen and very nice bedrooms. Upfront instructions and check out was a super breeze (no pressure to do a ton of chores like other places). Heather is an amazing host, and this space is so cute for a couples weekend away. We really loved the pool table, and the tips Heather printed out had some great suggestions.

abbiamo alloggiato in sette in questo appartamento. c'era tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, abbiamo usato la cucina, la lavatrice, e l'asciugatrice, tutto funziona perfettamente. l'host è stato gentile e disponibile, la zona era perfetta per gli spostamenti che avevamo programmato, l'appartamento era pulito e confortevole, e il self check in è stato davvero semplice. nel complesso siamo stati bene e ci siamo goduti la vacanza.

At Thanksgiving we like to be at an Airbnb instead of an hotel while visiting family in the area. Roseanne's place was perfect for three of us. The condo was very comfortable, clean and a private place to be altho we didn't spend a lot of time there. The beds were comfortable and there is a lovely view. We would stay there again.

Beautiful home, looks as described. Plenty of space and very well kept. Only a 15min drive to American Dream mall, and not far from new york either! We enjoyed our stay snd highly recommend to others.

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean, but also full of thoughtful touches. A dog bed, dishes and a fun treat for our dog. Tons of extras in the kitchen and bathroom, as well! The little backyard is adorable! Karina was more than accommodating as a host! Honestly, I feel like we got more than what we paid for! The neighborhood is chill, we felt safe walking our dog all hours of the day. The apartment is very close to the train station, less than a five minute drive. This place was very fitting for what we look for when we visit NYC, and hope it's available the next time we go that way!

Milton et Sara ont été très réactifs lorsque nous en avions besoin et se sont montrés toujours très arrangeants. Nous les remercions particulièrement pour cet accueil ! Cela nous a permis de passer un séjour incroyable pour visiter NYC.

I have stayed in a number of airbnbs and this one is definitely a stand out for all the right reasons. Aaron was an amazing host. Incredibly welcoming and really made me and my friend feel at home. The house is a beautiful and comfortable accommodation. One of the major highlights of this booking was absolutely the breakfast. Aaron could open up his own restaurant. Yes, it's that good. The next time I need a place to stay around this location, I won't hesitate to see if there is availability to book.

Incredible place to stay! Had enormous cozy living room, bedroom, and bathroom to ourselves that was perfectly furnished with interesting farmhouse style decor. Bedroom and bathroom were clean, coffee and tea in the living room and games/books, and the best part was the outdoor space - lovely big backyard with lots of outdoor seating, cedar hottub (shared with other guests but no problem there!) and swimmable creek (enjoyed cold plunge -> hot tub in late Oct). Leaves were beautiful this time of year, easy 5-min bike ride to the O&W rail trail, and 10 min drive to Kingston and close to Woodstock too - Sarah gave great food recs. Can't wait to come back.

I absolutely love this little cottage. This is our second time staying. It is very cozy, perfect for a couple for the weekend. The property is very quiet and peaceful with the brook running right past the back of the cottage. It is an easy walk into the center of town and the strip with various stores, restaurants, and bars. The cottage was clean, neat, and had all basic necessities. Panxi and Diana are great hosts, available for questions. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this booking.

David is welcoming and helpful; this is a great place to stay if you are needing to be in the vicinity (for me, visiting elder and getting some work done during parts of days). The room is cozy and clean, comfortable bed and good desk -- along with bits of friendly conversation, it suited me well. I'll be checking availability next time I'm back in the area.

We loved our stay with Doris. Totally charming bed and breakfast, so cool, fun, welcoming and relaxed. A wealth of knowledge about the area and superbly talented chef. Don’t miss out on signing up for her meals!

Linda's place is exactly as described. Photos were identical to what you got in real life. Quiet area, 12 minute drive to Calicoon and Bethel Woods, about 20 to Narrowsburg where there are lots of cute shops and restaurants. The sunroom had a beautiful view of the fall foliage. We loved coming back at night and starting a fire to get cozy (much needed since the room was a bit chilly). Linda was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay.

Ben and Cindy are such kind and thoughtful hosts! I felt welcomed and made to feel at home. The house and the room are super cozy and being there, by the river, with only the sounds of nature around and a stunning view of the hills to wake up to, was so relaxing. They even made me breakfast in the morning! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anybody wanting a peaceful escape.

The Inn rooms are clean and spacious with well-appointed bathrooms. The grounds are pretty and relaxing, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. A great place to stay for Bethel Woods concerts, as it's roughly 20 minutes away. We missed the fire pit because we were at a concert but would love to join next time. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We give this 5 stars across the board!
