Escape to our private guesthouse located in our peaceful but lively 7-acre farm with our family of horses, ponies, Guinea hens, ducks, roosters, chickens, bunnies, cats, & very lovable dogs. This second story studio is on our homes property. It has a Queen bed, bathroom and kitchen. It is nestled in the historic area of Lakeland, one block in from The "Frank Lloyd Wright" designed Florida Southern college, tours are available! Our Cobblestone streets take you to our neighborhood restaurants, the art museum, library, Hollis garden, we are between two lakes-Hollingsworth it has a great walking/running path, and Lake Morton a bird paradise. All within walking distance.

Master Suite complete with king size bed, private entrance, refrigerator, microwave, full size bath with dual vanities and walk in closet. Out back is a huge porch w/couch & two rockers. The fridge comes stocked with soda and water. There's a 55" TV with cable and wifi. The room is secluded from main living area with private access. Guest will have full privacy during stay. Our home is located 5 minutes from I4, HCC Plant City & Downtown Plant City in a Gated community.

This small Farmhouse is in the country area of Small town Plant City. Office space available with high speed internet for those needing to remote into work while in a getaway. Game room includes Ping Pong table, Pool table, Sapo and lounge area. Kitchen is fully stock. Bed linens and towels are provided. One of our favorite highlights is the out door views w/ bull, pig, and ducks. You will be able to encounter them while you stay with us.
