Apartment with a living room with kitchen, balcony, bedroom and bathroom. It accommodates up to 5 people (infants also count). Wi-Fi, gas, parking and cleaning included. We make it clear that we do not have our own leisure area, but we have an agreement with the Nautical Club, paying a small fee of 10.00 per person per day. We do not provide bed and bath linens. The condominium charges a fee per stay in the amount of R$40.00 that must be paid upon check in directly to the condominium.
