Holiday rentals with beach access in Discovery Bay

We had a wonderful stay at Keith's place. So relaxing, ocean swimming is steps away, easy to get around, great food nearby. I highly recommended this place!

This was a great stay, great host, great community, and a blessed experience. I’ll definitely be back again.

Sky Castles is such a beautiful place to visit and Tony was an excellent host. He allowed early check in which made such a difference to our stay. We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Christina was communitive & helpful as we even locked ourselves out at night once. The little air conditioners were really nice at keeping us extra cool & the water definitely got to scalding hot, be careful with that haha. She wonderfully provided a cleaning halfway through our week stay. Beautiful view of the beach on the balcony, we sat out there quite a lot. Very convenient location which we were thankful for! Thank you for our stay & will definitely return coming back to Ocho Rios!

Doyl and his lovely wife were incredibly kind and helpful — always there when I needed anything, but also respectful of my space. Their warmth made all the difference. The property itself is a dream. Imagine a private beach with soft white sand, surrounded by breathtaking nature — it’s the perfect escape whether you’re looking to relax, reflect, or enjoy some quality time with someone special. Every morning felt like a scene from a movie, and every evening ended with peace in my heart. This place isn’t just a stay, it’s an experience. If you want to get the feeling of being a local in Ocho Rios, this is the place to stay. A close walk to whatever you need, food, groceries, pharmacy/general store, and you get to walk through the streets to get to the beach. Even the the little storefront at the house made it feel even that much more like being one of the people.

One of my favorite AirBnBs ever. I’m still obsessed with the way the windows allow you to sleep with the sea breeze blowing right over the bed. The whole place has screen doors too and I didn’t see a single insect in the place my entire one week stay (rare from the other upscale accommodations I saw in Jamaica). Absolutely magical view, with access to incredible reef swimming/snorkeling. 10/10 overall! Also Tasha was extremely communicative and helpful when I needed some help figuring stuff out.

Clean, quiet and peaceful property. Had all the amenities to feel right at home. Would definitely back again if in the area.

Zuma is definitely a gem. Our stay was very peaceful. Joyela's response time is quick and she always handle any issues (minimal) fast. Its a home away from home. Oh and the water is HOT 🔥....at the top of the list of places we've stayed!

Sharona’s place was amazing. Sharona was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here. Everything was neat and clean and the pictures described her place to the tee. Sharona was very hospitable and welcoming. She was amazingly responsive even when I miss communicated names of my guest. She helped me with adding their names to the list so that they could visit me. I absolutely had an amazing time at Sharona home. Again, thank you Sharona for being so welcoming and hospitable. YOU ABSOLUTELY ROCK!!!!

This place was absolutely beautiful! From the countertops, to the gourmet stove, to the comfy couches and beds. Beautiful tile in the showers! Lovely view of the Caribbean from the back yard! 1st class all the way!

Rachelle is a communicative host and goes above and beyond to make her guest feel at ease. The housing scheme is under development so you’ll have lots of tranquil moments. There were a few hiccups during the stay but Rachelle addressed each to the best of her abilities and I have no complaints.

I had a great stay. It was a last minute check in. It was late in the night but Joanne responded quickly and made everything smooth to check in even though it was 8:30 at night. The house was ready for us to check in with no trouble. It was easy to locate. Great communication with Joanne. I would definitely stay there again. The house was clean, peaceful. This place was beautiful and clean, host was very responsive even after the information was provided. Loved the view from the porch/varander. Air conditioning through out the home, hot water, internet and television that works. I would definitely recommend. Gated community only issue was getting in the gate, staff at gate is really slow, one particular staff members was rude, and rescreened us everytime we went out and came back. but I noticed on the days she didn't work, the process was much easier and the other attendants was very pleasant and easy to work with. Other that that the place is great, I would definitely stay again.

The host is very understanding and transparent. Any issues or any miscommunications arises. She will always respond really quickly to work out any possible solutions. Also her place she listed was very pristine and comfortable. I highly recommend anyone to book her if you’re looking to stay within Ocho Rios. Lastly, she is quick at providing all of the instructions in order to make everything stress free and easy to manage.

Regna’s place was continently located right on the beginning edge of town. Shopping center across the street and easy walking to additional food and shopping. The facilities were amazing and very accommodating.

This was perfect for our family to stay a week - a clean and comfortable space to ourselves, fairly well-appointed, in a quiet development with a lovely pool and well-kept grounds. It’s a four-minute walk from a truly stunning beach. Hosts were super responsive and accommodating when we had minor issues. Beach towels were provided, and there were chairs set up on the beach for guests. We look forward to returning!

Michelle and Kerone were exceptional in their commitment and communication with me.The space is amazingly beautiful and it was so much better than I expected! I felt comfortable and connected with the people. The beach is right there, walkable beaches and activities. There is an excellent vibe going on down by pool side , food , fun , drinks, games etc. I highly recommend this place for those who want to come and visit!

Absolutely love this place. The area was extremely safe especially for the fact that I’m a 5:00am walker. Walking distance to everything including the beach and food. Hot water and air conditioning was two most important things to me. Didn’t disappoint. The view was just beautiful and the area was clean. Blessings

I had an amazing stay! The host was very communicative and even helped me with my birthday room decorations. He also offered assistance with finding a driver when I didn’t have one. The unit looks even better in person—though the pictures are already great, they don’t do it full justice. It smelled so fresh and clean inside! The location is perfect—close to everything in Ochi. We had unlimited snacks, my favorite rum cream, and bottles of water provided. It was truly an amazing experience! I can’t stress enough how helpful the owner was. I will definitely book again!

We had access to a stunning private gated beach where we spent so many beautiful moments. The beach area had everything we could ask for—great food, good music, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. The scenery was breathtaking, and every day felt like paradise. Our host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which added to the whole experience. They made us feel right at home and were always happy to help when we needed anything. Even after check-out, they kindly let us leave our luggage for a bit longer, which was a huge help. We had such a good time here—it’s the kind of place you don’t want to leave. Highly, highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, safe, and authentic Ocho Rios experience.
