Holiday rentals with a patio in District 11

My mum and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very spacious and clean. The location suited us well because we were visiting relatives in District 5, Saigon Chinatown. It was very convenient to have Hung Voung Plaza next door. There is a Hung Voung Plaza Ly Thuong Kiet Gate next door you can use to prefill the pickup address for Grab taxis. If you want the taxi to pick you up right outside the apartment, you need to tell the taxi driver to come to the separate apartments entrance pickup area. This can be confusing for some taxi drivers.

Close to HCM airport, ideal for transit stays. The host ensured a comfortable experience.

Extremely comfortable stay with 2 nice sized bedrooms one resembling a cool Japanese design. Many marts, coffee shops and a bank close by. Easy parking and friendly building staffs with 24/7 security. I had a very pleasant stay here and host is always quick to respond and helpful. Thank you for having me!

Big and spacious house Host is friendly It is located in Group 1, and it is quiet because it is on the penthouse floor. We have our own pool 4 rooms 3 toilets 1 toilet in the pool

If your looking for a good condo in the centre of Ho Chi Minh this is it. The condo security are very nice. The Co-op is perfect. A great pool and fantastic view.

Very comfortable, large modern apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a big bathtub. The pool was under maintenance on the first day which was disappointing but Giang helped me access another pool in the block next door which was very helpful. The area is very family-friendly with lots of children and adults around. There is a Starbucks and other coffee shops, as well as plenty of convenience stores right outside the location. There are lots of planes flying overhead but it's not very loud in the apartment and you soon get used to it.

Cozy hidden space for healing souls. Recommend for all guys who love natural and japanese minimalism style. Near by airport and just about 10 mins heads to downtown so good with reasonable price 🤟🏻 the neighbor is so cool but peace and quiet. This was so nice to get great memories here with my partner.

I had a great stay at this apartment! The view of the city was nice. The kitchen and living room were spacious and nicely laid out—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The TV was a good size for movie nights, and the bed was super comfortable. Overall, a clean, cozy, and well-equipped place. I’d definitely stay here again!

The quick response was also good... I asked for a quick check-in and plenty of towels, and they responded to all of my requests satisfactorily. ^^ I'm planning to visit again next time, and I'm planning to stay again. ^^

A great little apartment with everything you need, away from the hustle and bustle of centre of town but close enough to be in the centre in no time at all. Decent sized beds and fully furnished exactly what we needed!
