Daisy's apartment is beautiful and comfortable, but most importantly it's one of the best locations! Everything is really close by, although it's high enough to be peaceful in the city centre. We wish we could have stay longer, would love to go back!

This place located in the best location in the city: restaurants, attractions, and quiet street. The facilities are the best. The whirlpool bath tub is just like any top hotels in Saigon.

My family, my wife and 7 month baby, enjoyed our time at the home. The team is very responsive to our needs from baby cot to a high chair and also a day when ants invade due to us not throwing out the trash in time, the situation was properly and swiftly dealt with. It is a quiet neighborhood away from the Main Street and we enjoy the quiet time after a day out at the property. Overall it was great, thank you for the hospitality :)

Amazing penthouse, stunning view of the city, good AC.

Stayed there in the month of June of 2025 The place is very safe. Security is always around . I stayed at the studio apartment for 10 days and loved every day there. There's a key fob for the elevator and a key for your room. Also security cameras are in the hall way and the pool is nice. The AC system is awesome you'll definetly stay cool inside. The place is close to plenty of places to get food fast and also it's close to tourist spots Im actually considering going back again in a few months. I rate the place a 5 star place I have not one complaint about this place. Also taxi cab drivers get to this area fast. If your coming from America etc remember to download the Grab app to order a driver etc by app. You'll save alot of money on cab fare. It's used by millions here. Also check out the resturant connected to the building . The food and tea is great there 👍. This area is safe for taking walks . Owners allowed me to get an early check in also Robert R. The apartment worth its money but you need to take relatively lengthy trips to any main attraction or for a decent meal. The street the hotel sits on is quite busy but it is very quite from 10pm to 6am.

Simmi apartment was clean, tidy, and looked exactly like the photos on their listing. Services like house keeping and laundry were provided by an exceptional lady. The area is located in D7 of HCM city so it’s a pretty safe place and was walkable to a lot of cafes and restaurants. You won’t get as much local street food here, but there are vendors on the road where you can find cheaper food. The prices are high for the area, but if you know where to look, you can also find cheap local cuisine. We also rented a motorbike from a place nearby. Check in and out was an easy process. I would say the only thing is that sometimes you can hear the people upstairs or people walking up, but other than that it’s pretty quiet and everyone is considerate of others. The place we rented was located inside a hair salon, so it took some time to find at first. We stayed for a whole month and we highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! Ho Chi Minh is a lively city, and we were able to explore a lot just by walking around the neighbourhood. We visited different street markets and also went to the supermarket a few times to grab some supplies. One of the highlights of the area was the variety of local restaurants nearby – delicious food at very affordable prices! We recommend downloading the Grab app to get from the airport, as regular taxis tend to overcharge tourists. The ride isn’t long, and with Grab, the price is fair and reasonable. Leslie was very helpful and provided clear instructions for check-in, and everyone we met was super friendly. We ended up shortening our stay to visit other cities in Vietnam, but when we’re back in Ho Chi Minh, we’d definitely stay here again. Great value for money!

I have stayed at this location three times now and it's always a pleasurable experience. The host is always friendly, the room is always clean and comfortable. A truly wonderful place to stay whenever I'm in HCM.

Great little room above a coffee shop. 15 minute taxi journey away from downtown town and 10 min walk to the crazy “Walking Street”. Recommend.

A cozy place with many restaurants surrounded

A fantastic apartment in a great location. The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos. Spacious and comfortable, it has everything you need. Its location is superb with everything on your doorstep. Japan town is around the corner and the main sights are a walk away. I highly recommend this apartment and we would stay here again if we are ever in HCM in the future. Anh was incredibly helpful, she gave us some great recommendations and arranged transport for us from the airport and to the next place we were staying.

Lovely flat in a nice suburb. Very close to main road but surprisingly very quiet. Had everything we needed and the host was very kind and quick to respond to any queries. 10-15min grab from district 1.
