Chỗ ở dễ dàng di chuyển đến các khu vực trong thành phố nếu bạn có xe máy, khu vực này có nhiều hàng quán, cafe shop rất tiện. Phòng nhỏ nhưng đầy đủ tiện ích , quy trình check in dễ dàng & chỗ nghỉ sẽ liên hệ trước khi đến để hỗ trợ nhận phòng, giá phòng đáng tiền & rẻ hơn hầu hết các khu vực lân cận.

Nhà sạch thơm, nội thất có gu rất xịn ạ. Chủ nhà và bạn nhân viên dễ thương, support nhiệt tình. Sẽ quay lại ạ ! Nice house

It's been very pleasant and comfortable staying here during my long trip to Ho Chi Minh City. The host was supportive and friendly. He made sure that me and my guests felt welcomed and relaxed in his place. Everything was clean and at hand, and from the home's location, I could reach easily supermarkets, restaurants, and different kinds of service and stores. I enjoyed my time here. Thank you!

Trong suốt quá trình ở em rất cảm ơn host nha. Host giải đáp vấn đề với hỗ trợ em nhiệt tình luôn. Người nhà em phải check in một tầm 2 giờ sáng host cũng hỗ trợ lun ạ. Rất recommed mng thuê ở đây nhé ạ. In my stay, I am very grateful to the host. The host is really supportive and answered all my questions about time. My brother's flight was delayed and had to check in around 2am, and the host also supported me. We strongly recommend renting here.

Greate place to stay. Have a big garage and Koi fish aquarium.

Nice big room with a private bathroom locates on the first floor. Great for those do not like stairs. The building is nicely designed and safe cause everything is controlled by card. Location is in a quiet neighborhood and easy access to restaurants and super markets. Just about 15 mins to city center (district1) i would recommend for either short or long term stay.

This place is not far from District 1 - only 15 minutes by bike. You have access to many great food delivery options on Grab. The room is good value for money, clean, functional, modern.

We moved from 04 to 02 because we had 2 toddlers. there is private outside balcony with little garden and bath (our kids enjoyed it). Room is spacious (living room and bedroom) we utilized kitchen everyday to cook to children. if you don't want cook you can just use grab and they deliver any food to the entrance door. we spent in total 20 days here. I guess that says a lot...

Location is great easy to get a grab or get picked up for tours. Check in was very easy and they even allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in so we can explore the city worry free. The place was very clean and is in a safe location. The locals are very friendly. Next time in Ho Chi Minh City I would come back and stay here.

Lovely and beautiful. We absolutely enjoyed our stay . Thao was a fabulous host, always responsive and attentive to our needs. Will love to come back here again! :)

The house is just about 8-10 minutes drive to main attractions in Ho Chi Minh City. Within walking distance, there are many cafes and restaurants, even a big bookstore and a kid indoor playground. The house is located about 3 minutes off the main street, so it is quiet and we had good sleep every night. The house was clean, spacious and well-decorated. All amenities were provided as described. The host was very friendly and responsive. She even gave us some traditional Vietnamese food as gifts. We really appreciate it. Thank you Quynh. It was a pleasant stay and we will denitely come back.

Great place to stay for singles. Many attractions, restaurants and bars are within 15 mins drive or walking distance. Very close to party area of the city. Host was great and very responsive and also flexible. Place was very neat and clean and the shower on the top floor and the covered balcony area and tv area are spacious to accommodate small group of people. We had a great time during our stay!

I had a great stay at this apartment! The view of the city was nice. The kitchen and living room were spacious and nicely laid out—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The TV was a good size for movie nights, and the bed was super comfortable. Overall, a clean, cozy, and well-equipped place. I’d definitely stay here again!

A great little apartment with everything you need, away from the hustle and bustle of centre of town but close enough to be in the centre in no time at all. Decent sized beds and fully furnished exactly what we needed!

Great location pretty central to all the districts and d1 just across the bridge. Was nice to come back to a quiet area. Host was kind enough to have a storage area for luggages after checking out.

An was an excellent host. Met all our expectations and the apartment had all the facilities and an beautiful view of the city especially during the night. Spotless and clean and I was here with my family. It’s just an awesome place and very well maintained and value for money. Will recommend anyone visiting Saigon to stay and will definitely stay here the next time I come. Thanks An for the wonderful experience. A ironing board and iron would have been useful
