Waterfront holiday rentals in District 8

We had such a great stay here! The location was perfect and the hosts were always quick to respond to any questions we had!! Place looks exactly like the pictures!

Area is nice and still developing. Just a 5 minute drive from the heart of district one. Place is nice, modern, and secure.

Had an amazing stay for over a month. The space was cozy and Thuy made me feel right at home. The complex is quiet, however there is lots to do. Two amazing pools, a gym, and a great sauna/steam room. Not to mention two great stores right at the bottom of the complex. Getting a grab is easy to take you wherever you want to go. Cannot recommend highly enough, can’t wait to be back!

The space was perfect! Clean and comfortable. Big plus for the laundry room to wash and dry your clothes for free, it's great when you're on a long trip. Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at Joyce place! The home was cozy, well-equipped, and in a great location. Everything was spotless, and the attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. Joyce was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Good location, many things to do like golf, go-kart, restaurants....good relax

location is great. room is good. wasn't clear on how to check out since Hao stopped responding on checkout day. some things to consider... shower drain clogs very quickly, so your showers need to be very short. bed is old, so middle is sunken in. if you're on one side or the other, you'll roll into the center. otherwise, a good place to stay

This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

Spotless, very beautiful, and homely home. Ly and her family are very kind and a wonderful to talk to. Ly was a star bringing us bananas and some fresh lemongrass water daily and giving us a great itinerary to follow whilst we were there to explore her amazing city. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice relaxing stay out the way of the bustle of the city but only a short 15 minute commute to the centre by taxi, in a nice and peaceful neighbourhood. Phòng đẹp, trang trí nhẹ nhàng, ấm cúng. Sảnh đón đẹp, nhân viên lễ tân và bảo vệ rât thân thiện. Tiện ích nội khu rất tốt, hồ bơi rộng, có chỗ đi dạo rất lý tưởng.

An amazing location, right in the center of Saigon, so many shops, restaurants, and incredible street food right out the door. The apartment is quiet, on a high floor so the street noise is muted. I slept soundly each night. Lots of closet space, so nice to have a washing machine. Grab taxi and bike, deliveries came to the right location. Tracy was responsive and helpful, great with communication and so friendly. I have stayed in many places in Saigon, and this was about as perfect an apartment as you can find in a bustling city. I hope to come back to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay very much Anna was always on hand before and after to help us. We felt at home in her beautiful place. It had everything, comfy beds pillows clean towels. Neighbours where friendly. Lots to do locally. I will certainly recommend Anna as a great host. Thankyou for everything. We would love to return sometime. Warm regards Audrey and peter.
