Great place, photos are accurate, clean and close to a lot of great places.

Apel 7 has been one of my favorite towers in the DR, but being in this apartment has put it on my list of favorites. A 10 out of 10.

This apartment is absolutely perfect for a solo traveler! It is walking distance to a few nice cafes as well as restaurants and a super market, etc. The area feels safe and it is quiet despite the close distance to business areas. It is very easy to get around walking or with an Uber. There is a good amount of closet space for clothes storage, the shower is comfortable and has hot water, and the kitchen area has a stove and oven. It is easy to keep cool with the air conditioning and fan in the apartment and the curtains can pretty much close out all light from outside. Building access is easy and the security guards downstairs are friendly. Enrique is a very communicative host and will answer you right away.

It was a very pleasant, nice and cozy place. Communication with the host was spectacular, she was very kind and always attentive to us. There are many places to visit near the place, it is a matter of looking for the options of what you want to do and being surprised.

I am very happy to have chosen this apartment for my stay in Santo Domingo, it is a very private, safe and comfortable place. It is equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable and pleasant stay. The apartment is super decorated and well maintained, all the appliances are new and work perfectly, the air conditioning is perfect, and it has a generator, in case of a power outage in the sector. About the host, I can tell you that she has 1000 stars in communication and customer service, 100% support during your stay in any situation that arises, while you are staying at her airbnb. Perfect location, close to all the malls and entertainment centers in Santo Domingo. If I return to the Dominican Republic, I would definitely stay in this beautiful and comfortable apartment. Staying here was an amazing experience. The location is perfect. There is a restaurant across street as well as several others nearby. It's next to a dry cleaner and laundry store. There are several corner stores near by. It's also about an 8 min walk to the main zonal colonial area. You can see the beach from your front door or go up to the jacuzzi area for an even better relaxing view. The place was super clean. I especially liked the lights in the bedroom. The host was super responsive to any questions that I had. I definitely will be staying here again!

Whenever I come back, it will be to that place. It's great.

I absolutely loved staying at this beautiful apartment! It was spotless, cozy, and looked exactly like the photos. I felt right at home. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The location was also perfect—close to restaurants, a supermarket, and major tourist spots in Santo Domingo. I was very pleased and would definitely stay here again!

José is by far the best Airbnb host I have ever had. He provided many details regarding our stay that went above and beyond. He checked in with us daily and sent us local restaurant recommendations. The apartment was spotless and beautiful. our favorite part was how quiet it was! We liked it so much we're coming back for the last two nights of our trip!

My stay at this property was excellent. The home was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It was the perfect size for two guests very comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. The host, Rossy, was highly responsive and readily available to assist with any questions. I would gladly recommend this property to others and would not hesitate to stay again.

My stay was totally worth it, it's not a waste, every space is beautiful, my only recommendation would be to change the curtains for black out ones, because a lot of light comes in there and above all you can see from outside, but after that everything is perfect, I would come back 100 times

Erick was very easygoing he has any and all amenities you could ask for too hold you over until you want to go out i really appreciated having my coffee ready for me in the morning.
