Holiday rentals with beach access in Dives-sur-Mer

We had an exceptional stay in Cabourg, thanks largely to the superb apartment of Anne-Sophie and André. The accommodation is perfect: a magnificent view of the beach, an ideal location, close to the center while being quiet. We would recommend this property without hesitation!

I recommend this place to anyone looking for a place when visiting Cabourg, the place is very aesthetic and private for a nice relaxing time. Walking to the center is easy after a long day of walking and would like to thank Julie for letting us stay at her place! :)

I had a great stay at Nicolas's. When I arrived, Nicolas had left something to eat, a nice touch. The bedding is of good quality as well as the linen. He was responsive during our various exchanges. The place is 20m from the main street. The accommodation is easy to access and very well equipped. Not having to look for a place to park is a luxury. I will not fail to return to Nicolas' place during my next stay in Cabourg. Thank you 🙏

A real favorite! Lovely, available and very accommodating owner. Perfect communication from start to finish. The accommodation is ideally located, impeccable and very well equipped — nothing is missing! An address to remember with your eyes closed, we will come back without hesitation.

Light, bright open flat with fully stocked kitchen, large dining table and comfy sofa living room. Bedrooms were large (we had the single studio next door - separate key required) as well. Instructions were clear, housekeeper was prompt in responding to check in time and inquiries. It is on the 3rd floor above ground level so be prepared for lots of steps (the last flight is quite narrow) Location right next to grand hotel with beach entrance across the street and walkable to all the restaurants and shops. Great stay!

Ideal for a couple or couple with a child. Very well located in direct proximity to the beach and the seaside which takes you directly to the city center in a few minutes' walk The small garden is very nice for breakfast in the sun or meals. Dominique is a thoughtful, very responsive and welcoming host. Communication via messaging is highly appreciated

We were pleasantly surprised by the little community there and especially the restaurant when we arrived rather late. Our hosts were very accommodating and pleasant. We would definitely rebook.

What a treat! It is absolutely beautiful here! It feels like you’re stepping into a movie. We loved walking around and looking at the grounds and I wish we had more time to go on all of the trails and paths that were mapped out for us. We felt right at home immediately and I can’t state enough how beautiful this space is. The beds are very comfortable and the only sounds you hear are birds chirping.

We had a great week at this place. The whole place matched the photos, whether it was the interior or the relaxing view of the sea. The bedding is good quality and the accommodation is worth the asking price. The host was discreet throughout the stay (unless we needed her by message), we just met her for the key handover before our departure. She is kind and smiling. We highly recommend this accommodation and we will come back if we have the opportunity to visit Normandy.

Great location for Cabourg beach and town, proximity to Caen ferry easy for UK visitors. Road a little noisy out front but it was a French National Holiday so busier than usual. Lovely layout, good kids games/puzzles. Netflix also a bonus. Good coffee machine and kitchen equipment.

Very tastefully furnished apartment on the ground floor with a large terrace. Everything as described with very good seating and sleeping furniture(!) Bedroom with shutters. Secure parking space for cars on enclosed premises. Overall, a quiet location with short walks to the sea and to the boulangerie, restaurants, shops and market hall.

Excellent location, on the 6th floor, with sea view and sunset, beach access less than 50 m and access to the center of Cabourg by the dike less than 500 m on foot. In addition, small well-appointed apartment. We'll remember the address!

The accommodation offered by David is tip top! Calm, breathtaking sea views, sunset from the "veranda terrace", a location 20 minutes from Caen that allows you to enjoy the city, the countryside and the seaside! What else can I say? An available host, and finally, a nice decor that adds charm to this romantic weekend on the beaches of Normandy! You can rent with your eyes closed!

We had a great stay in this studio, everything was clean, the amenities offered are perfect and the sea view from the balcony is incredible :) It is easy to park for free in front of the residence and the center of Cabourg is nearby. I recommend it and would be happy to come back!
