POINT WARMIA is a place where we harmoniously combine the proximity of nature with comfort and convenience. Our modern house provides ideal conditions for relaxation and regeneration. We have created a house based on the concept of rest, the most important aspect of which is a pleasant, soothing and satisfying atmosphere of relaxation. We are located on the outskirts, away from the noise and hustle and bustle of big cities, in Cerkiewnik. This small, truly beautiful and natural village is surrounded by the Łyna valley and located on Lake Limajno.

The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Rukławki on Lake Dadaj. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms, one double and one triple. The property is fenced. To the main beach, not even 200 m. The beach is guarded by a lifeguard, has a pier, volleyball court, playground and food stands. In addition, there is a water equipment rental point. There are many cycling trails in the area. The minimum rental period is 3 days.

Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

A new, bright house (140 sqm) in the heart of green Warmia. The house is located on a 2500 sqm plot, with picturesque views of hills and forests. The property is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. Guests have access to 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an additional half bath, a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace, and a grill. On the property, there is a pond with a deck, a spacious sauna for larger groups (accommodating up to 22 people), and a hot tub with hydromassage for up to 8 people. For larger groups, the Small House can also be rented additionally.
