We came for our daughter’s wedding at the resort and the villa was perfect in every way we could host our new Bulgarian relatives and the guests from England. The location was perfect and the villa spacious and well equipped and lends itself to entertaining if needed. We fully recommend staying at Villa Parnas in fact we booked an extra three days

We loved our stay in this home so much, being here feels like being in a piece of paradise. We love everything about the house, the beautiful healty garden with amazing views, the nature, the location so close to the beaches. Also, the house itself has everything you would need for a vacation of a family group. It was designed and removated with so much attention to detail in a very beautiful and practical way. Everything is very clean and feels very confortable. Comunication with Magdalena and Simon was great, they gave us so many useful information about the area. They are really nice people. Thank you for the healty and also very tasty food/drinks and for having us in such a wonderful place.

Wonderful accommodations- modern, clean, convenient. Beautiful surroundings. The view was breathtaking. The host was very responsive.

Perfect for remote places hunters

My family and friends rented Casa del Grey for a lovely long weekend in Balchik. Christian and his wife, Denitsa, were easy to reach for check-in arrangements and very responsive to our questions. They left us delicious fresh veggies and fruit. The casa has three floors with two airy bedrooms on top (with an amazing view of the black sea) two bedrooms in the middle (one with air conditioning) and a living space with beds on the lower floor. We requested a fan for additional air flow on the lower level and they brought it to us as soon as possible. The kitchen is split between and indoor space and semi-patio like area. There are beautiful flowers and fruit trees in the yard. The road up to the casa is a bit steep and narrow, however our cars did not have trouble and some of our guests enjoyed the walk to and from the seaside. Overall, we were pleased and our only wish is that we would have had more time to get to know our hosts when we checked out. много благодаря!

We had a lovely stay and the villa was just as on the pictures. The pool, the garden and the villa were very clean and the family friendly and helpful. We can definitely recommend a stay there.

The hosts were very prompt to greet us and we were immediately impressed by how clean this house is. The yard is just as clean, and we fell in love with the swimming pool immaculate as well and perfect size. The place really gave us the feeling of peace and quiet that we needed. The kitchen has everything you could want and there is even an extra fridge outside at the barbecue area. The location is really nice too, lovely view and the steakhouse right across the street has to be one of the best restaurants in Balchik, you will not want to go anywhere else. We loved our stay here.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, denn die Freundlichkeit der Gastfamilien und angebotene Hilfe während unseres Aufenthalts (haben uns bestimmt 5x ein Taxi bestellt) machen den einzig negativen Punkt absolut wett. Die Unterkunft ist zwar teuer, lohnt sich aber absolut. Wenn man die Taxen etwas im Voraus bestellt, ist das das perfekte Haus. Vielen Dank nochmal für die liebevolle Herrichtung:)

We had an amazing stay at this brand new villa for a golf getaway. The location is perfect - right inside the resort, just a short drive or walk from the golf course. The villa itself was spotless clean, spacious and beautifully maintained. All amenities were top notch, from the fully equipped kitchen to the private pool and comfortable beds. It was the perfect place to relax. Highly recommended for anyone with high expectations!

The vila matches the description, great view, very clean, large tarrace, with grill and jacuzzi. Every room has its own bathroom, and there is an extra bathroom at the ground level. Large living with fully equipped kitchen. Dalin is an excelent host, very polite, helpful and prompt. Overall, we had an excelent stay!

Svetoslav ist ein toller Gastgeber! Er war gleichzeitig sehr darauf bedacht, uns nicht zu stören, aber trotzdem war er immer da, wenn wir Hilfe oder Rat und Tipps brauchten. Er und sein Vater Georgi haben jeden Tag den Garten gewässert und den Pool gegossen. Fast jeden Tag brachten sie uns frische Kirschen, Pflaumen, Feigen, Gurken oder Tomaten. Und zum Abschied gaben sie uns noch einen Beutel voll Walnüsse.Alles aus ihrem Garten. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr schön und bequem. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und praktisch. Auch ohne Klimaanlage war es im Haus angenehm kühl und wir haben gut geschlafen. Die Küche hielt alles notwendige bereit, aber wir haben kaum selbst gekocht, da in geringer Entfernung mehrere gute und preiswerte Restaurants vorhanden sind. Die Waschmaschine haben wir intensiv benutzt. Es gab zwei sehr saubere Bäder, beide mit Dusche und eines mit Badewanne. In jedem Zimmer war mindestens ein Fenster mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet. Der Pool ist schön groß, ca. 1,50 m tief und immer sehr sauber. Dazu eine schöne Terrasse mit Tisch, 6 Stühlen und Sonnenliegen. Wir haben fast immer draußen gegessen. Im Haus gibt es auch noch einen großen Esstisch. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber und frisch und in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Man braucht allerdings zwingend ein Auto um zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten, Stränden und weiteren Restaurants zu kommen. Balgarevo ist etwa 8 km von Kavarna und 20 km von Baltschik entfernt. Im Dorf gibt es zwei kleine Einkaufsläden für den täglichen Bedarf und eine Apotheke. Größere Supermärkte findet man in Kavarna. Das Haus von Svetoslav ist in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße in Balgarevo gelegen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, ruhigen und erholsamen Familienurlaub hier. Wir können Svetoslav und sein Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

We had a great holiday with the family.The villa is very modern and stylish. It has everything what you need ! Has a lovely sea view … the swimming pool is also very clean.Everything looks exactly like the photos shown .The host is very friendly and welcoming. Do not miss this opportunity. We had a fantastic 10 days at this amazing villa! It was much better than we expected as we had all the benefits of hotel service but in a huge private villa, e.g daily cleaning service and room service. The pool was very cold but we all enjoyed having our very own big pool. The villa is part of the gorgeous Black Sea Rama resort, which is huge. Luckily the villa is only 1 minute walk away from the beautiful hotel (where you can use their indoor and outdoor pool and bar), and only 3 mins way from the clubhouse where you have a delicious breakfast buffet served every morning. My husband enjoyed 2 challenging rounds of golf on the resort and he and the kids enjoyed having free use of the driving range as well. We mostly ate at the Pizzaria as other options weren't very suitable for children but I'm sure they would have been great. We enjoyed the steak house one night and found the steak to be delicious and good value. The only down side was that the hotel staff weren't very informative about services available to us. Luckily i read some online reviews for the resort whilst we were there and learned that we can ask for golf buggy transport around the resort (the pizzaria was located at the very far end away from us), and that there is a free shuttle to the lovely beach at Thracian Cliffs resort. Staff failed to mention this when we paid €40 for a taxi to the beach a few days earlier. It is recommended that you have use of a car as taxis were very expensive. We had also asked for a taxi to the supermarket as we needed milk for our children, but we only found out ourselves in the last couple of days that we could walk to one at the Lighthouse Hotel next door. We also found there was a bit more choice for children on the menu at the Lighthouse. I would highly recommend a stay at Dobrin's villa!

Die Villa hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Sie ist sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist ihr proaktives Verhalten: Sie hat sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist, und bei kleineren Anliegen sofort Unterstützung angeboten. Einziger kleiner Punkt: Die Lage ist zu Fuß etwas schwierig zu erreichen, insbesondere mit Gepäck. Mit dem Auto stellt dies allerdings kein Problem dar. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft mit herausragendem Service – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

We were two families with kids and we couldn’t have chosen a better place for our stay. The villa is very clean and comfortable and the outdoor space is perfect for both adults and kids to enjoy. Our host was always quick and available to answer any questions we had and we were warmly greeted. The location is also great and close to supermarkets and little plazas, beach and attractions. We would definitely be back.

The place is really nice. It’s child-friendly. The kitchen is equipped with absolutely everything you might need. The common area is very spacious. Location is lovely, perfect for walks with children. It was very easy to check in and out. All in all we had a lovely time there!
