The property has an external hot tub where you can enjoy a wine, relax and contemplate the landscape. The entrance to the house is located on the edge of the highway that leads to Santa Teresa, and is 8 minutes by car from the Teresense Brewery and 14 minutes from the city center, 14 km of asphalt to the center.
