Apartment holiday rentals in Docklands

Firstly, the photos do not do it justice. The location is amazing, and the interior design of the airbnb is cosy and a vibe. Helen and Amy were extremely responsive and accommodating to our arrival time and helped make sure check in went smoothly. The airbnb itself was well stocked, above what was expected, it's like every little thing had been thought out. We definitely thought it was worth the price we paid and would stay again! Spotless apartment with fantastic views close to the Skybus drop-off location. Near great restaurants and street art. Pick up some wine when you pick up the keys. Near everything. Really nice furnishings in new building. Nice firm bed. Definitely recommend. We would stay here again.

Once again we had a fabulous stay at our comfy home away from home . All we needed supplied and as well as other additional extras which we really appreciated. Great communication and nothing too much trouble

The place was advertised (pictured) as it is, perfect for us. Hubby was exceptionally happy because of the toilet, (has seat warmer, auto bidet and lots more— which he wasn’t expecting). Enough space for a couple and a small child to rest after a long day of outside activities. Kitchen has the basic needs. View of the dockland was calming and enjoyable as you can watch boats/cruise at night(my son really love it) We have enjoyed the warmed jet pool in the afternoon which is part of the amenities. Parking is free which was a big plus for us. Overall building cleanliness is up top. Host was very attentive. Check in and check out was smooth, no issues whatsoever. Tram station is 2-3 minutes walk. LOCATION IS A STEAL FOR THE PRICE! Would recommend to family and friends ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jasmina was super responsive and left super clear and easy instructions to get in. Beautiful, clean stay, exactly like the photos. Felt very comfortable and homely. Lots of essentials throughout the kitchen making the stay a breeze. 10/10 recommend

We booked this place for 4 nights on our honeymoon and it was totally worth it. The apartment was way bigger than we expected from the photos, and the balcony had an awesome view. Location was perfect—just 3 mins to the tram stop, and the ride to the city was only 15 minutes (and free!). The place had everything: comfy bed, full kitchen, even a new washer/dryer. Seriously, we couldn’t have picked a better spot. The hosts were really nice too—they gave us all the local tips upfront so we didn’t have to Google everything. Best part? On our last day, we wanted to squeeze in some shopping, and they let us check out late. Lifesaver! 100% staying here next time we’re in Melbourne. Highly recommend!

Superb value for the location and the amenities provided. Amazing views of the city and super easy to get around. Only issue was that both elevators were being serviced on our last day which was tough since it’s on the 29th floor and we had luggage BUT the host offered us a reimbursement as a gesture of goodwill, and assured us that it has never happened before. Would stay again if I’m in town and looking to be around the CBD.

An absolutely wonderful stay! Tony & Annie has been an exceptional host from start to finish. The communication was prompt, warm, and helpful, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The property itself was immaculate and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials and household items needed for a comfortable stay — it truly felt like a home away from home. The view from the apartment was beautiful, and the location couldn’t have been better — with great cafés, restaurants, trams, and the train station all just a short walk away. Annie was also kind enough to allow us a late checkout, which made a huge difference on our travel day. I can’t recommend this place enough and would love to come back in the future. Perfect location in the heart of Melbourne CBD. Walking distance to public transport, restaurants and shopping. Jeff was a lovely host and made us feel so at home and looked after. Highly recommend!

Just the right space for our 2 night city stay with young kids. We loved the view, location and warmth of the apartment. We all loved the spa downstairs at the end of the day. Thanks for having us!

I stayed for 3 nights and it was absolutely perfect for my visit to Melbourne. Factory outlet stores across the road. Trains and trams for transport. Restaurants and takeaways right at the buildings entrance, literally. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

We had the most magnificent stay! The apartment blew away all of our expectations. A fantastic location; walking distance to many great cafes and restaurants, around the corner from the trams and train stations, amenities were great and to top it off, we had our own private car park, which made planning our trip to Melbourne, a lot easier! The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 (plus toddler!) and had everything we needed! Having a washing machine AND dryer was a huge bonus for us as well. Hosts were friendly and responsive and the information provided for the stay was outstanding! We would love to come back and stay again! ⭐️

Chante was an absolutely amazing host, The Penthouse was squeaky clean, Kitchen was beautiful and had all you need - Coffee/milk/sugar/coffe machine all the cutlery you might need. The spa is amazing, the bed and couch are super comfortable, and Chante was kind enough to allow us an early check-in upon request. She was very responsive and friendly as well , would absolutely recommend this place, The only thing you might find a bit odd is the smell due to the spa being in the open but use the Exhause fan on top of the spa that helps alot, My only recommendation would be adding some sort of Air-freshner, Other than that this place was absolutely Fantastic. 💯
