Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Doctor Phillips

Edna was a great host! She was responsive and helpful!!! Her home was peaceful, inviting, clean, spacious and close to everything we needed for our stay. Our kids enjoyed the games and puzzles that was provided. Our four legged dogs felt comfortable and at home. We would definitely come back for our next family outing when we are in the area!! Our family had a great Disney vacation. We were a little over 20 minutes from the park. There were 19 of us ages 3 to 67 and the house accommodated all of us perfectly. I also appreciate how quickly the host responded to our questions and requests.

We loved Yale House! Incredible location. Walkable to local eats, drinks, coffee, shopping, grocery store. Nearby lakes are gorgeous… and it’s only 2 miles from downtown Orlando! Caitlin is kind, responsive, leaves no detail unattended to! Highly recommend!! 👍👍

Stayed here for my 4 year old bday trip to Disney and let me say this the kids loved the place. The themed rooms and the movie room! And for the adults great size room very clean everything was up to date. Even the outside pool area very clean. Only an 18 minute drive to Disney and so many other places to visit in between! Would definitely rebook

We really enjoyed our stay here, it had everything we needed to feel at home. Loved the decor and lighting. We were traveling with 2 teenage girls and they absolutely LOVED the neon lights and the game room, and that they each had their own bed in their room. Beds were comfy as well. Nice neighborhood, we met the neighbor on our way out, who was really sweet. We were in town for a concert and the venue was just a short drive. We would definitely stay again, hopefully longer than 1 night next time!

We booked this house for my daughter’s graduation that was held at UCF. With 7 guests and 2 dogs, the house was perfect. We all fit comfortably, took the dogs for a walk in the neighborhood across the street, ordered amazing Mexican food from Queso Loco, and short drives to almost anywhere you want to go. Jennifer, the host, is responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The backyard area has a great outdoor covered area next to the hot tub. The pool is great to relax, and listen to music. All the convenience of home in another city.

I've been a regular visitor to Story Lake for the last three years, staying at various properties, and each one has been a delight. This latest stay was no exception – the property was not only beautiful but also perfectly located. The host was incredibly responsive, making the experience even more seamless. I'm already looking forward to my next trip back! Highly recommend!

This was our first stay at an Airbnb. We found it to be a great value. The unit was exactly as described and was spotless when we arrived,and had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this condo.

We loved our stay at Walt’s Vision! Just like the pictures on the listing. Very fun Disney themed rooms that my boys loved! So much attention to detail! Very clean, easy access to surrounding amenities, very close to Disney and Universal! Would highly recommend and stay again!

Great stay!

Very comfortable and clean accommodations, ! We went to SeaWorld for the day, this location is perfect,,, only 1/2-2 miles away yet away from the hustle, bustle & traffic of the attractions!!! The pool was beautiful and within walking distance and a wonderful addition was the splash pad if you have little children. Also, the pool has a sitting area for little ones which was great. The kitchen was well equipped for basic cooking but no dish cloth or scrubby’s for dishes so bring your own. Also the bathroom between the 2 bedrooms shower is opposite so cold is hot & hot is cold….not a big deal if you know ahead of time!

Andy was a fantastic host! He responded quickly and was very helpful with any questions I had. I’ll definitely be booking with him again for our next trip to Florida!

Can’t recommend Koda’s place enough. As a business traveler, I frequent hotels and Airbnb’s often. This place may have been my best stay overall. The listing ACCURATELY describes everything, which is a major plus. It’s quiet and in a nice gated golf-course community and you have everything you need inside. Will be a go-to place anytime I’m in Orlando.

To begin, this home is beautiful. The pool area was our favorite part. The home is close to the opening of the community. You do hear some street traffic occasionally but it is not bothersome. There is a beautiful view of the golf course from the pool area. The home was stocked with all the basics needed for cooking and grilling. Publix is a short drive away, as well as other shops and restaurants. Overall, a very accessible area. Communication with the host was excellent. If there was a question or something needed, the host responded in a timely manor and took care of. The host and staff were pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend this listing.

We had an amazing stay at this spacious 9-bedroom home—perfect for our large group. The house was spotless, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (plus two full fridges!). The huge pool and hot tub felt like a private resort, and the outdoor seating areas were great for relaxing. There was even a game room that kept everyone entertained. The host was incredibly responsive, answering all our questions within minutes. When someone in our group accidentally broke a glass, the host was kind and very understanding. Fast Wi-Fi, lots of parking, and plenty of space made this one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommend and hope to return! We will be back in a few months for sure! Already looking at dates on when to return to this location. And yes!!! There are alligators in the lake behind the house. They were very cool and calm. The kids loved seeing them. However don’t be afraid as they keep to themselves. Highly highly recommend!

My host Adeel was awesome . He made sure we had everything we needed the entire of our stay. I love the place and the location. Everything was close to the house no long drives to our destination.
