I had a great stay at Sebastian’s place. The apartment is well equipped and the complex has an amazing gym and a lovely pool. Location wise, there’s a Publix within a short drive as well as a nice little Downtown area that’s great for a stroll. What I appreciated most—and the main reason I chose this place—was that it made me feel like a local rather than a tourist, so it really fit the bill.

The location is the best! It's close to everything ! From shopping and universal ! Not more than 15 minutes away! There are so many restaurants ! The place is very nice, we feel super comfortable, it has everything and is super clean and with a very aggressive decor!

Great communication, fast replies, very friendly. Location was perfect for us exploring the Windermere and Hamlin area. Very close to the parks (10 min) and the local Publix is right around the corner.

This was a comfortable stay and we enjoyed a peaceful couple of days there. It was perfect for two people and very close to everything anyone could need. I was under the impression that a full kitchen meant an oven and all needed kitchen ware, as I am always in the kitchen, but it was only a cooking surface and the most basic kitchen tools. That worked out just fine for a short stay and we made due. I would recommend this stay to anyone who wants comfort with a great location in Orlando.

It was a great stay and very close to everything, the only problem found was some mold in one of the rags , besides that a very good stay and Tom was very communicative. The place was clean and can tell it is taken care of.

We enjoyed our stay! The place short driving distance from Magic Kingdom and it was easy to get in and out. The place was also very clean and full of Disney themed items. Loved it!

May was great! Went to Universal Studios and it was right down the street. May was always responsive to any questions I had. Would stay again for sure

Laura’s place was wonderful for my husband and I. It was our first time to Kissimmee. It is a very short distance from the parks and attractions. It was also close to quality restaurants and convenient gas stations. Laura’s studio was clean and represented what was expected from the photos. This is a very cozy location with pool and hot tub. Laundry and snacks were easily accessible. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and the price was in our budget!

we wanted a place to stay that was close to Epic Universe/Universal Orlando and this was perfect! publix and restaurants is just a walk away! our son loved the decorations and the variety of game consoles (game cube reminded me of my childhood🥹) we would definitely stay here again!

A wonderful stay in Orlando beautiful view and the condo is super clean and cozy me and my boyfriend enjoyed our stay and it was in the perfect area plenty of dinner spots and fun activities close by you will love this place and I will make sure to book again my next visit to Orlando

We had a great stay! The condo has all the amenities needed. Great for kids, also has a high chair. Very close to Publix and a lot of restaurants. Close proximity to outlet malls and department stores. Teresa was an excellent host. Very responsive and helpful. Very clear instructions and feedback. My entire family loved the place and we will definitely be back!

Host was very responsive and helpful! The house was clean and as expected. Here are some honest downsides- the pool area is small and NOT private at all. It felt like sharing a pool/backyard with neighbors. The hot tub was connected to pool water so you cannot heat the hot tub without paying to heat the pool as well. We were also over 30 minutes from Universal Studios, which is why we stayed in Orlando was to visit that park almost every day, and I didn’t realize how far the address was until we were there. Everything else was good! The owner even helped me understand the coffee maker! Great communication. Great hosts!

Great house, the theming really made it stand out. Great location close to most of the theme parks. Will book again for the next family trip.

This location is hands down my favorite property in the Orlando area. The house was so much better than the pictures and descriptions! We had so many options from the multiple game rooms, the theater, the pool to keep the entire family occupied, we really could have skipped the parks and still had a great vacation. Chris was extremely helpful, sending information and instructions well in advance of check-in. He was very quick to respond to any message I sent. The kids said on the way home that this was their best vacation EVER! They can't wait to stay at this property again when we come back to Orlando.

We loved Yale House! Incredible location. Walkable to local eats, drinks, coffee, shopping, grocery store. Nearby lakes are gorgeous… and it’s only 2 miles from downtown Orlando! Caitlin is kind, responsive, leaves no detail unattended to! Highly recommend!! 👍👍
