Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Dogtown

The Benton house was a great staging location for us. We needed to be in the area for a few nights with our 2 pups. The entire house was as described. We felt safe and secure. The fenced backyard was kept nice and provided a space for the pups to run around. We were able to walk a few blocks to eat and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This was our second visit to Ray’s place and it was just as great this time. It is very conveniently located to Millstadt downtown. Ray gave precise information for check in. Was very responsive when we messaged him that we were checking out early Sunday morning. Very friendly and professional! We will return!

Our stay was for 4 nights. We were there for my Son’s wedding, and Spring was very quick to communicate and was very kind and helpful. There was an iron, ironing board, and a steamer which came in extremely handy! The porch was a wonderful and private place to sit with a cup of coffee or just to visit with family. The appliances, kitchen utensils, pans, plates, etc were more than adequate and made it easy to store and prepare food. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were stocked with thoughtful extras. Our stay was wonderful and I highly recommend Spring and her home if you need a place in the St. Louis area!

This place was so artsy and fun!! Loved the look of it, felt like home! Cool decor, labeled everything in the kitchen. Gave me the best recommendations! If we come back we will for sure stay again!

Cozy home in a charming neighborhood … Fabulous hosts!!

We loved our stay here. The house was well put together and homey. We enjoyed the extra touches, like toothbrushes, makeup removers, and wonderful extra snacks for the kiddos. (Especially after the hot zoo all day). There was also a fantastic “guidebook” put together by the hosts, with local restaurant menus!! The physical location was in an old district, full of old historic homes and buildings. Close to the Zoo, aquarium, and the Budweiser Museum. And our kids enjoyed running around in the back yard for the night. Would definitely stay again!

Adrian’s place is lovely! Awesome hospitality and a quiet St. Louis neighborhood close to wonderful restaurants and cool things to do. We are local, but stayed here due to some damage to our home and absolutely loved the place! Highly recommend this place for a great St. Louis visit!

Good place to stay for a little getaway

I never write reviews - but this host went above and beyond on numerous occasions. Communication was the best I’ve ever experienced - and I highly recommend The Stay and the property.

Tracey has created a lovely little haven. Her space exudes peace and comfort and provides all one could want for a short or longer stay. The park across the street was a great place to take my dog for walks. Grocery and other stores are nearby and the freeway is easily accessible. Tracey is a welcoming and thoughtful host.

I have stayed in this unit on multiple trips and will continue to book it. I love that I am close to the hospital and within walking distance to Target. The building itself is beautiful and felt very secure and safe. It was a great stay, as always.

First comment when entering the home was, "Looks better than the photos!". Very cute and well located home for our visit of St Louis. Well stocked, very clean, and ready to go for us. Easy in and out with the lock system. In the very middle of the "The Hill" which is exactly where we wanted to be. An easy stroll to many great restaurants, gelato, shops, and of course, the very impressive St Ambrose Catholic Church, the Heart of the Hill. Unexpectedly, we found ourselves strolling around the neighborhood checking out the sites and sounds of cute homes and businesses. We greatly enjoyed all of the Italian restaurants. We also spent more time outside than we thought, playing cornhole in the backyard and visiting with the neighbors. Parking is only on the one-way street in front of the home, which is typical and expected for this area, so be prepared. Patrons of the local businesses will grab these convenient spots every evening.

A charming house in a very convenient neighborhood, I’ll stay here again and again! I was very grateful for the doggie bags and snacks, too, as we forgot to bring both. Finally, they had the BEST couch in any rental ever!

We loved our stay! Beautiful location and neighborhood, great communication from the host, and the space was clean, incredibly nice, and welcoming!

My husband & I can’t share a big enough thanks re Metropolitan Flats. We spent 3 months away from home in this condo as my husband had a stem cell transplant at Siteman Cancer Center - Barnes which is directly across the street. As I was by myself for 5 wks while my husband was in the hospital, I always felt super safe in this location & the condo was very secure. The property manager/office staff, were always so kind & helpful & went above & beyond. The condo was wonderful with windows that overlook the beautiful, outdoor commons area. The unit had a kitchen with all appliances you have in your own home. Full-size washer/dryer was another great amenity. Loved the fitness room & beautiful lobby area, too. Owners were always available for questions & to offer assistance in such a timely manner. They were fantastic to connect with & were always so friendly & helpful, too. If we were staying in the Central West End in the future, we would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for a few months. The place is clean and just minutes away from bars, restaurants. The bed and bedding and couch are really comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked. My host was always responsive to my questions, which I greatly appreciated.

We loved staying at this cozy little house in STL - it was a safe area and super easy getting around. The house was cute, quiet and perfect for our weekend getaway. The beds were comfortable and THANK YOU for having a shower with excellent water pressure! That's hard to come by nowadays! Austin was very responsive and provided every amenity you could want (very thoughtful)! We will absolutely be staying here again when we come back up!
