Situated in a village on the Wye Valley Walk, close to the Elan Valley, there are plenty of walking and cycling routes on the doorstep as well as pony trekking and water sport options nearby. Please note: bath only and no bedding provided ** because it is an old house, to improve our guest’s experience, we have changed policy to ensure that if there is a gap of more than a week between guests a clean will be done just before your stay to ensure the house is aired and cobweb free as possible **

Relax and unwind in this beautiful converted 1880s school. Plenty of original school features are still on display. Situated 15mins drive from the royal Welsh show ground in Builth, 15mins from Rhayader and the Elan Valley, 15mins from Spa town Llandrindod wells, just over an hour to Aberystwyth and west coast beaches, it is the ideal location! The house sits on the edge of a forestry leading up a hill with stunning views and lots of dog friendly walks/bike rides. Ideal for fishing in the Wye!

It's the ideal base for enjoying nearby beauty spots (being roughly half way between the Brecon Beacons National Park & the Elan Valley). A maximum of 2 small dogs would be very welcome.

To the rear there is a private secluded garden which backs onto woodland.
